Worst Place Ever

This is the worst hotel/motel I have ever seen! There was nothing else available or I would have walked right out. The room was stinky! The filth was unbelievable. I didn't shower the next morning because the bathroom was so dirty. The bedspread was worn to the point of holes. The blanket was very stiff and had so many stains that we took it off. Seriously, the bedding was so bad I wouldn't have donated it to the dog shelter. The health department really needs to investigate this place.

The toilet seat was cracked and repaired with cellophane tape (see photo). There was some used toilet paper in the toilet. Finishing details were horrible (see photo). The mattress was very uncomfortable and slid down when I leaned against the "headboard" to watch TV. Electrical outlets were hard to find and inconvenient to use. The "host" was embroiled in a discussion with a seedy looking couple (assumed to be housekeepers) regarding minimum wage while I waited to check in. It took about 15 minutes! The parking lot is narrow and adjacent to a industrial building of some sort with dumpster and pallets. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Booking Malfunction in Baker City

This is hands down the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. The facility was in terrible condition, the grounds were a shambles, and the room was filthy. I would never stay at this hotel again. We are always looking for budget lodging options in Baker City since we are skiers and like to spend long weekends and vacations at Anthony Lakes. We have removed the Knight's Inn off of our list of potential hotels/motels.

I booked the Knight's Inn last weekend through Hotels.com. I reserved three rooms. Upon arrival, the owner said I only booked one room but he had extra rooms available. He refused to listen when presented with the paperwork that said otherwise. One of our friends in our party paid for all three rooms with his credit card on the spot. We noticed that my card was charged for two rooms and his card was charged for three rooms. I called to ask the owner to reverse the charge on my credit card and he told me that he charged what he needed to. Extremely poor business and will make sure everyone knows not to stay at this hotel as they thrive on ripping people off.

Room Was Filthy

I would give this place no stars if I could. The room had not been cleaned, old stale food in the fridge, had not been swept and wreaked of stale cigarette's. Spraying perfume did not work at all to lessen the smell. We notified the staff and they indicated we would receive a day free for our stay. I have not seen any such relief as of yet. I do not recommend this hotel.
