When we arrived in March the outside temperature was around 10°C and the rooms were not heated. Therefore inside it was as cold as outside. The tiny AC/heater could not help to improve the situation so that I had to lay down in bed fully dressed below the medium-warm blanket and at the end of my 4 hours stay was cold soaked and freezing like hell. The huge and nicely equipped bathroom lacked any heating at all and had measured 12°C. We booked all the rooms 3 days in advance so there should have been plenty of time to warm up the property.

Zigo’s Hotel is literally a hidden gem with its stunning landscape, very clean & luxurious rooms and extremely caring staff. I would have given 10 stars if I could! We picked Zigo’s because of its proximity to Dalaman airport but now we are in love with this place and we want to come back. The landscape is literally amazing, and the rooms are decorated in such a beautiful way that I could have stayed here forever! We felt like we have been living in a beautiful mansion with extraordinary service 7/24. It truly felt like “home” but in a much more relaxing way. We slept for hours at nights because the rooms were so comfortable. The food was also very delicious, cooked with love and high quality ingredients, especially the breakfast was unforgettable! We are truly happy to get to know Hande, Gurcan, Durdu, Sema and Duran - all of whom have done everything they could do to make us feel comfortable. They all do their jobs with such love and dedication and always with a smile on their face - and you feel like they truly care about you. We look forward to coming back! Thank you for everything!

A hidden gem

We stayed seven nights at this beautiful mansion surrounded by green serendipity. The rooms are decorated lovely, each with its own unique style. There is a large and super clean pool around which you can lazy all day long with your freshly made lemonade. There are also lovely beaches, within a few kilometres of this beautiful Tuscan style property, waiting to be discovered. What we loved the most at Zigo’s was the family like atmosphere. From the management to each and every staff, they do their job with so much love, dedication, care and smiles that you can not help admire them. The freshly picked veggies from the garden is like a feast for the palate. The veggie dishes and pizzas are a must try. We are truly happy to have met Hande, Durdu, Sema and chef Duran. We look forward to coming back and wish you the same wonderful experience that we had there.

Amazing place really ♥️😌 relax,quiet,luxury,clean,cozy We had amazing villa and views The staff was very friendly 😩💗 And we had dinner it’s was delicious 😋 Thank you very much for everything Hop to see you again next time 😩

After a long, hard and stressful time working throughout COVID-19 I was due a holiday and wanted to relax away from Mass tourism type places and spotted Zigos Hotel and so glad I did. Only 11 rooms dotted around the site allows space, tranquility, peace and quiet. The staff and Manager Hande are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was fresh bread, homemade jams, eggs, cheese, olives etc. Mainly from their own garden along with their own produced olive oil. A spotlessly clean hotel with stunning gardens and a lovely swimming pool which allowed me to switch off and listen to some of the beautiful music gently playing through the carefully spaced speakers throughout the gardens. A friendly relaxed atmosphere without been stuffy and formal was perfectly balanced A truly lovely gem for my first time in Turkey and would return to this place with no hesitation 10/10 Thank you everyone at Zigos Hotel for my lovely experience
