I stayed here for one night. Positives that I see are 24 hour reception, Free breakfast, Bilingual staff, free night wear, free wifi and comfortable and clean room. Breakfast has croissant, pastry, soup, juice and coffee. It is also not very far (10-15 minutes) walk from Osaka station. Negatives I see are the location around may not be that great for families or with children.

R&B Hotel Umedahigashi is in a good location, just down the road from Osaka station. The hotel is very practical with a useful machine to pay for your room, clever lights in the bedroom and economical taps in the bathroom. It's not a luxurious hotel but it's great for a solo traveller. There isn't a kettle or tea and coffee in your room but you will get a good nights sleep and at least have a bathroom to yourself. The free breakfast is basic. There's a choice of pastries, some nicely cooked eggs, some soup that comes from a dispenser and a little variety of drinks. So book this hotel if you want your own bathroom and the basics for a decent price!

Good hotel. Met my expectations. Simple comfortable room, though a little small. I took a single room, not sure about twin room though. Small bathroom, but still ok. Good location, walking distance to Osaka station. Wifi is good. Breakfast is simple but included in the rate. Reception was friendly and very very polite.

地下鉄の東梅田駅から近くアクセスが良いです。部屋は特に狭さは感じず、一般的なビジネスホテルだと思います。ホテルの朝食はパンのみでご飯ものはありませんが、十分でした。

朝、大阪駅への移動でしたので非常に近く便利でした。 夕食のお店も近隣にいろいろなお店があり何にしようかまよう位でした。
