Quite, clean and comfortable room. A bit off the main road but close to restaurants and shops. A pleasant Christmas Eve stay while on the road home. I rated this hotel a 3; 3 1/2 is far more accurate.

Old and tired hotel - doing it’s best

We’ve stayed in 7 different Hampton Inns over the past 30 days. This one is noticeably below the standard set by the other 6. The mattress has a dip where everyone sits on the edge. It’s a good mattress but past it’s prime. The window has lost the seal between panes. So condensation has built up making it look like it’s foggy - top to bottom. The breakfast is like everywhere else except the fruit is apparently out of a can, the orange juice is more water than juice, and the breakfast pastries could have come from a vending machine. Housekeeping opened our door not once but twice! with barely a warning knock two days in a row. In their defense, they were trying to be helpful and the room was very clean. This hotel has an excellent location. It is quiet and has plentiful parking. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. I’m sorry to be disparaging but I give mostly 5 stars to other hotels. This one simply needs some work to freshen it up.

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable Night

Stayed here one night on a weekend trip to go to Nebraska Furniture Mart and a Royals baseball game. Hotel was quiet to road traffic and just a few blocks from I435 and Metcalf Ave. Room was comfortable for a short stay; the shower was strong with plenty of hot watering in mid morning. Nice breakfast with good scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles and other good items. The staff was customer focused. We will stay here again.

The staff are wonderful and that includes Housekeeping and Dining! The bed was not the best for my wife’s and my back, but might be good for others. I can’t say enough about how well we were treated, both professionally and courtesy!

Decent Rooms Disorganized Staff

Stayed for 1 night in February. Decent room and accommodation but hotel feels like it is in need of renovation. Arrived directly after a college baseball team was checking in but the lone front desk employee seemed extremely disorganized and frazzled. Needed an extra bath mat and no housekeeping staff available. Quiet and comfortable otherwise located right off I-435 and Metcalf Ave.
