Modern facilities which were impeccably clean. Very comfortable bed! Similar to a Marriott or Best Western Plus in accommodations, decorations, cleanliness and comfort. Professional and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again!

Unmasked in the time of Coronavirus.

During a time when CDC and public health officials recommended people wear masks and when the cases in Texas were spiking, the front desk at the Holiday Inn, Brownfield did not protect themselves or the customers by doing so. Additionally, the price did not reflect the aging interior of the building and room or the lack of standard breakfast normally offered. Won't stay again.

I was visiting a friend and stayed at this location and enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. This location is probably the best hotel in the city. It is located next to most of the small quantity of restaurants in the city. The breakfast was limited offering cereal, toast, yogurt, sausage,fruit, and powdered eggs. Checking in and out was easy and hassle free. Overall my stay was a good stay. The staff at this location and the people of the city were friendly , and inviting.

Been at this hotel several time traveling to Ruidoso. Not many choices for hotel but The room was great. Very quiet and clean for the age. Meal was typically the same as all Holiday Inn Express. Will return on the next trip

Good nights stay

We were on a road trip and spent one night here, we had requested a ground floor room but got a 3rd floor, no big deal, but it didn's seen they had that many folks there, but everything was OK, the room was good, quiet nice bed, got some good rest, the breakfast was your normal HI ex we are used to, breakfast staff was friendly and kept things supplied. The front desk experience was not the normal HI ex we are used to but we did get our room.
