The hotel is quite a way from downton beside the interstate. Its a typical Hampton Inn so you know what you get in advance. Free parking, free breakfast and clean rooms. If you stay there stop by ad Rudy´s bbq which is only a few yards away.

Breakfast every morning included with variety every morning. Clean rooms with attention to detail. Close to some restaurants and stores that you can walk to but avoid Jonny Corinos. The best part of this hotel is the staff but there is one person on staff that absolutely stands out! Jaclyn was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. She lives up to the Hilton standards. I know because I was a sales manager for the Doubletree Guest suites in Houston before I started teaching. That young lady is amazing! Promote her!

great breakfast. room and hallway were FREEZING COLD so i checked out and went to the holiday inn for my second night. i decided to take a bath to warm up but the water never got hot enough even in the HOT HOT HOT position! i also couldn't get the heater/AC to heat the room. i was totally not impressed with the staff either but the breakfast WAS excellent.

I highly encourage you to consider the Hampton Inn & Suites in Brownsville. Got a great night rest after long travel. Super clean. Staff is very friendly. Great location - close to Starbucks, Walmart and mall.

I typically do not write reviews but fell I had to in case someone was planning to travel here with their family. I traveled for business alone thank goodness. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I cannot comprehend how someone cleans that room and walks away thinking they did a good job. That hotel is truly disgusting. From the hostess that was engage in a personal conversation with their friends upon entering to the smell and dust in that room, all I can say is they must shoot horror movies there. Will never go back.
