Just been for a weeks stay with 2 teenagers and would highly recommend! I think the hotel ticks so many boxes and is excellent value too. The food was superb, great choice and quality. The beach was beautiful and sandy and only a 10 min walk. Staff are all really friendly, especially Ozz and Ylena. The evening entertainment is mainly French orientated but the animation team put a lot of effort into it. Would also recommend the upgrade to my favourite club as you get better positioned rooms, use of the club room which has premium drinks, a quiet area in the restaurant etc. The only minor downside I thought was the cocktails which tasted more like squash but the positives far outweigh the negatives.. Overall would I return....absolutely

We all really enjoyed our stay. I don't usually write reviews but after seeing some very negative ones on here wanted to put our thoughts about the hotel and staff out there. We arrived around 1am on the Sunday morning. The reception staff were amazing had us booked in in no time at all. Throughout our stay they were always helpful and friendly. The buffet was open for us to have food and drink after travelling. There was always a variety of food and even the fussiest of eaters within our family found something they enjoyed. The rooms were clean and spacious with a big balcony that had a lovely view of the sea. We had a family photoshoot with Florin, who is also very friendly and funny. It was very enjoyable and the pictures are great. Highly recommended. A big thank you to Ozz and Ylenia you are both awesome! They involved us in as many activities as they could and had us up dancing of a night.

The holiday blues are real! It has only been a week since I stayed at Alua Village and I wish I was back already! It was our first time in fuerteventura and first time at this hotel and I will definitely be back, everything and everyone was so amazing. The staff were incredible from Angel on the front desk who was so helpful and friendly, to the entertainment team who made our stay great fun. Ozz was great and instantly introduced himself to our group and wanted to know a bit about ourselves too which was good as we were immediately comfortable with him. He provided lots of activities such as water polo and basketball. He would never forget us when we would walk past and would always say hello and have a joke. In the end, what I thought was going to be a relaxing holiday ended up being a fun filled one. I woke up everyday and would go to the activity board and make sure I could get involved with as many as possible as Ozz and the group were amazing. Also big shout out to Ilyes whos energy was amazing! He was also great with the activities, you would finish one activity with him then you would be on your way to the next one and he would be rushing over to make sure it was set up ready. Always smiling always full of life from first light to the end of the entertainment at 10/11pm. The food was great as there was such a variety each session and each day! Our group really liked that there was a different theme each night. Great location, 10 minute walk to the back where you will meet some chipmunks along the way. Also a 10-15 minute bus ride to Morro Jable where there is a great strip of shops and restaurants if you fancy a change of scenery. Our group loved everything about this resort. So a big thank you to Alua Village for making our stay so amazing! We will be back

Booked a 10 day holiday with friends, and had an amazing time. The hotel has fantastic views, and the staff were brilliant, Ozz, Ylenia and Ruben in particular, the French reps were also friendly and asked us if we wanted to get involved in activities. Also, I had no problems with the food provided by the hotel on my vegan diet.

Incredible from start to finish! I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I'm the type of person who loves to read reviews about places prior to visiting, and reviews about this hotel always stated how it was French language dominated and they exclude you in activities. I can't explain how wrong that is! All of the staff are absolutely incredible and they try very hard to include you in all of the activities and they try to build a good rapport and have banter with you - we loved them! A special shout-out to Ozz and Ilyes, our experience would not have been the same if it wasn't for these two. I really really hope the hotel shows their appreciation to all of their staff, particularly Ozz and Ilyes because we couldn't sing their praises enough! We arrived very late on the Tuesday, but the hotel wrapped up food for us and made sure we were well fed before going to bed for the night, such a kind gesture! Throughout the stay, the reception and its staff were always happy to help with any inquiries that we needed. Ontop of this, our flight was delayed for 27 hours on the way back (thanks TUI), but the hotel were happy to accommodate us for a late check out, and even let us keep our bands for all inclusive while we were delayed. Which was great, because we all needed a huge drink while waiting over 2 hours to contact someone from TUI. The entertainment from start to finish was amazing! There is a board downstairs which details what type of activities are on during the day (such as watersport activities, aqua fit etc), and there is also a sign that notes what night entertainment is on. Again, the staff try extremely hard to include everyone throughout the day and night to join in! The food was lovely aswell. The hotel has 2 restaurants, 1 of which you can only visit once while you are staying. It is a set menu, but the food was lovely! The second restaurant is the main restaurant, and there is a big sign outside the restaurant that tells you the food theme for the night, such as Italian night or International night. In addition, there is also a snack bar which is available when the restaurant is preparing for the dinner service. Again, it was all amazing! While we were delayed, TUI had paid for us to stay in another hotel. Alua was miles better, it had amazing facilities and the staff were exceptional. We absolutely cannot wait to stay here again and see all of the staff which made the night so incredibly memorable.
