Beautiful views, great course and lovely staff

I am a Singaporean golfer and had traveled with 7 friends for a short get away. I found it to be and it was a great way to escape the stress from the city to just play golf and relax at this destination. The rooms had excellent views, the course was beautiful and well maintained. Staff members were also friendly and helpful. It did seem like there was a business function going on while we were there, so the place was always bustling with activity. Everything was really affordable and priced reasonably. Definitely would return!

It is a bit far away from everything and it is very obvious that they mainly cater for incentive groups.....weddings and functions English was terrible at the reception but somehow we manged to check in, the rooms are fine. We were last year in a different hotel and that was a dump, here is much better...even that the view from the room was nothing at all...at least we had a nice big window Food and restaurants are a bit chaotic....the food does not come all together, especially if you order western and Thai food together.... We went for the Northface race, so weren't to worried about many things as we were there just for one night On a positive side, we had a couple of drinks the next day on the terrace and really loved it...good view, nice sun but not too hot, really lovely

Tired hotel

The hotel is off the main road and rather far from the National Park (30 minutes). We were expecting the resort to be next to much open space but the hotel is actually separated from the other parts of the resort. It's not built well and seems tired. We thought we were the only guests and were surprised to see more visitors at breakfast time.

Terrible reception & front service

Visit as a group for golfing, we requested one room early check-in, and they said okay. Reception told me with unfriendly tone of voice (no smile on the face), that the Early check-in available after 12?! I came back at almost 4pm, the room is ready, one luggage, 1 computer bag, 1 big shopping bag, No HELP at all, with the stairs OMG .. super terrible service. At the room (rundown, smelly), the phone won't work. No menu in the room, gotta walk to restaurant to order food. Highly not recommend. There are other choices around.

Stay less than few hours in the resort for a race in the early morning... Thus can't comment about it in bright daylight though can see there was a swimming pool; no chance to try the food too as breakfast only start at 6am Room was nice and big for 2 single beds... With some interesting paintings, built in rodeo style. And air con and water heater need to switch on, and room was using key instead of card... And need to lock using keys when left room... . And early checkout at 3am...Only guard was at lobby, bag deposit with sign language as could understand only bit of English...
