Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The hotel is located near the center. There are several attractions in this area as well as restaurants. I like to stay here again.

Really loved the exceptional interior of the hotel. Nothing like i've seen in other Lithuanian hotels, like a mueseum! Worth a visit. The staff attentiveness was worth 5* in itself. Would highly recommend! Will be coming back here again.

The hotel is relevantly new, well located and overall - not a bad stay. On the positives - food is delicious, staff is friendly and helpful. On the negatives however - I agree with others saying the most accurate 5* experience about this place is the price. The hotel brags about their fancy design, but it's tacky and materials are cheap. Also, the amenities are very mediocre - A/C and full size mirror are non existent in the rooms. But the biggest let down is their communication and policies. One of the receptionists - Jelena - has a passive agressive approach, constantly kept reminding us that our guest can stay only one hour otherwise will start charging (WHAT?). We have stayed in hundreds much better hotels and resorts and never heard such ridiculous policies. This receptionist represents the hotel in a really negative way. Also, if you want to use sauna which would normally be included in your room rate but because of covid situation it's not, 2h will cost you 150€. Upgrades? You can forget about any. These are main reasons we won't return as I believe there are nicer places to stay where the communication and policies are 100% satisfying.

Disrespectful and self entitled receptionist

At 11 p.m we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who helped us with the bags. Moreover he offered us a complimentary extra hour at the spa and told us our dogs will not be charged for the stay as a gift for our late night check out. The next day his colleague called us informing us that she will delete our time at the spa for our 2nd day since we got 2 hours on our first day. After explaining our situation, she replied with “its not my problem, you already got 2 hours today” she then proceeded in being more hostile, even raising her voice. Before a day of our check out, she then calls me back wanting to charge me for the stay of our dogs. (Amounting to 80 euros). Moreover we ordered room service for 14 euros and were charged an extra 10 euros for “delivery” (to be fair it was written in tiny letters at the bottom of the page for the extra delivery cost), I don’t know why the charge is so high,maybe they flew the food from Paris on a bed of gold, but its an extremely cheap way to make extra bucks for a hotel that mascarades itself as a 5 star hotel.

Hit and miss with mediocre service

For the price 370 euro per night deluxe suite, I would expect 5-star service and amenities, yet that is not what you will get. And it is a bit strange for a small hotel like this. First positives: Nice good size rooms, which looks less tacky than on photos. Good breakfast. New and nice hotel. Negative: There are no sunblinds in the second room which makes it hot and brings light early. There is no AC. How is it possible to have 5-stars without AC? For this price? Refrigerator did not work. I reported to reception - 0 impact. The spa is a joke. It is just a sauna and jacuzzi. Moreover, the staff did not even bother to fill it with water. They do not care. If you want, you can fill. In a 5-star hotel! There is nowhere to leave luggage on checkout. Even 0-star hotels have that. In general, there is nobody who can help you with baggage at all. Is it arrival or departure - looks like they do not care. It did enjoy my short stay, yet was disappointed with service.
