Se você estiver de carro e quizer gastar pouco esse hotel é perfeito! Quarto super limpo, cama ok, estacionamento incluso, te dão uma bebida grátis no bar (muito bom) no térreo. Muito fácil de chegar - perto da rodovia. O banheiro é compartilhado mas era limpo e te fornecem toalha, tapete de banheiro e sabonete. O chuveiro é um local separado da privada com porta e fechadura e há bastante espaço para você se trocar. Geladeira comunitária na recepção que conta com chaleira elétrica, sachet de café solúvel, copos descartáveis, microondas, máquinas de bebidas e snacks. Pelo custo x benefício do local, achei tudo muito bom.

Went to Bistro area had drinks and dinner on a cold evening.Windows and doors open and was advised by staff not allowed to close them even when guests are cold.Big company do not care about clients.Plus ordering system is so impersonal with new age systems.

The room was spartan but clean . Service spartan but efficient . Howe ever we had the last room surrounded by Carpark and where kept awake by violent and aggressive yelling matches throughout the night until closing at 4am in the morning so little sleep and the wife felt threatened and uncomfortable. In a cheaper hostel and like you can expect sone location anxiety but this was not cheap and made us feel anxious and unrested. This may depend on the room location so BEWARE.

We recently had a one night stay in one of the queen rooms. My major issue (which security is pretty important to me), when I originally checked in, I was only provided one room card which is totally fine. On our way out that night, my partner approached the reception area which was being manned by a different staff member who completed check in. My partner simply asked for an extra key to room X and was handed over a card with no questioning as to his ID or any details of booking. Annoyingly, once this second card was issued, the original card stopped working. I thought this was very poor given a room key was handed out to our room without even checking who was asking for it! The room itself was fine. There was some damage to the roof in our room that he been poorly painted over, but no biggie. The bed itself was comfortable but pillows were terrible and no spares provided in the room. It was so uncomfortable I considered driving home at 1am. The shared bathrooms are fine. Close to rooms and were clean. The tapware in two different showers fell off in my hand whilst I was showering. The bar staff downstairs were fairly rude when we arrived back late to ask how time the kitchen closed - there is much better options to eat nearby anyway. Overall, given its location, I think this place has some good potential if it was ran properly. Given it is owned by ALH Group, I'm assuming they are waiting to knock it down and put large apartments on it in the future.

My family ate dinnee here twice the food the service and the atmosphere were great I would recommend this hotel to everybody The 250 gram steak is great and I had the parmas big and small cooked to perfection 5☆☆☆☆☆
