You are charge $25.19 per day resort fee. Yet the website says free Wi-Fi. It’s not worth that price. I was told the resort fee covers Wi-Fi and pool etc. the walls are high and you can hardly see anything out the window. You of course check in at 4 pm and out at 11 am so you are losing a lot of those days. It is not worth the resort fee. So why $25.19 and not $25.? I feel I’m being nickel and dimed for things that other resorts don’t charge for. Check out other places. This isn’t worth it to me. I don’t plan to go back.

This is our 2nd time staying here in the last few years. Resort and rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable and pillows are great. Kitchen is well appointed. Less than 10 minutes to the Palm Springs airport and downtown Palm Springs. Ralph's grocery store is 2 blocks away as is the CVS pharmacy. Easy to walk to. Has 2 pools and hot tub. We didn't use either but was always clean around the areas. We definitely will stay here again when visiting Palm Springs!

Large units (two bedrooms; two baths), friendly staff, quiet, great location. Parking is easy. Very chilled place. Plus, you can pick the grapefruits and orange on the trees. Highly recommend this resort!

No washer/dryer in apartment

We booked at this resort through Airbnb specifically because we were travelling as a family of 4 and I wanted a washer/dryer in the apartment at this point in the trip so that we could put a load of washing on in the morning, go out for the day and then put it in the dryer when we returned. The advertisement on Airbnb listed “washer/dryer” under facilities of the apartment (and specifically under the heading “Bedroom/Laundry” ) which made me think that there would be a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. This turned out not to be the case, there are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers available for the entire resort beside reception. We coped but it was not as expected. The young woman at reception was arrogant and condescending when I raised this. Apart from that I would say that the complex generally is more dated than appears in the promotional photos, but was adequate. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and good for self catering.

Excellent stay. Staff very accommating and friendly. Nice and quiet rooms are very secure. Pool nice. Sun great until about 3 this time of year. Condo very spacious and bathrooms very nice. Felt like home
