Decent hotel at the outskirts of Paris, just a few steps away from a metro line. I arrived a little bit early and had to wait for the room, but the front office personnel was attentive enough and offered some refreshments. The room was ok, although the hotel should consider slight refurbishment at least.

The worst.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are dated and filthy and it's as if the rooms haven't been maintained since the hotel first went up. The carpets are nasty, the walls filthy. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay and don't care about anything other than a place to sleep then this is it. If you're looking for something decent and affordable then this isn't it. We were looking for the latter, we booked it because the reviews were decent (4.5* on Accors site - yeah right, I'm sure they delete all negative reviews, lets see if mine gets p!) and pricing was good. We were expecting something around 3 stars, this hotel barely scrapes 2 stars.

Liars and bad service

i went to this hotel and had very bad service with my room not being tidyed and mess left everywher. Also was charged twice. They said to me next time you come we will make up for it. Now i wanted to come and they offered me like 40 or 50quid off the price given. I have pictures of how my room was left. They are liars and do not stick to their promise. Will never stay again

Nice hotel even a bit outsiden city center

Nice hotel, in good shape, and the service was okay. I will absolutely recomend this hotel, even the purpose is to visit Paris Center and see all the famous atractions. The Metro is not far away and transport you easily all over.

Let down by a few basic requirements

Overall not a bad hotel just off the ring road. Parking is available underground but if you've got anything but a small car take it easy as space is tight. Check in was super quick. Room, even deluxe, seemed pretty modern but at the same time was small. Am guessing this reflects location. Liked the walk in shower but beware the floor is lethal without a bath mat. Super sized TV was also nice but offering us paper cups for a hot drink was a joke. Fridge available again a surprise in that it came equipped only with a bottle of water. Real let down were the night staff. We needed food but they were completely unhelpful - much better when asked day staff in morning for a place for breakfast. Overall this place is good for a 1 night stop but I wouldn't want to be here long term. Outside is a little on the rough side in the evening so bear this in mind and get a cab if going some distance for a meal that is not on the metro line. Tip. Breakfast was being charged at €18.50! Take metro a couple of stops into town and get better value.
