Hotel muito bom. A impressão é q vc está no velho, em todos os sentidos, após as 21 horas o restaurante fecha, serviço de quarto não funciona direito, ou seja, se estiver com fome vai ficar. O café da manhã não está incluso, mas tem um Starbucks's dentro do hotel resolve.

5 star First time visit!
I've heard great things about this property from friends so I decided to treat my college aged daughter here for a quick stay on our way back to CA. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member, I was highly impressed with the courteous communication and quick responsed received from Mary & Taryn. We stayed in a 2 queen casita near the spa that was absolutely tranquil and extremely cozy. I highly recommend Rita's for dinner, there are lovely firepits outside with string lights as well as a fireplace with large screen TV in the bar. My daughter enjoyed both the main pool and the spa pool as well - each nicely sized with lap lanes. Overall I lovely and memorable stay. We will definitely return.

I am a Bonvoy lifetime Titanium member with over 1,550 nights at Marriott properties. We have stayed at this resort a couple of times in the past, and this time, as usual, we were not disappointed. This has to be one of our favorite Bonvoy properties world wide. It’s nice to receive a full breakfast as a Titanium benefit. Several Marriott locations are now only offering continental breakfasts which I think is an insult to loyalty. We quickly cross those properties off our list. The casitas are large and comfortable, providing a mini fridge and microwave. The grounds are impeccable. The staff really take great pride in keeping the place clean. We loved being able to sit outside for breakfast and happy hour later in the day. There were plenty of outdoor heaters to keep us warm. The staff are very COVID conscious, and we felt safe with the mask wearing and social distancing. Each day they had special events...champagne tasting, cookie decorating, margarita and guacamole, tasting, s’mores, etc. This shows they go the extra mile to make sure the guests have a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we are looking at returning, possibly as soon as next month. This is truly a gem of Bonvoy properties!
Wonderful
Our family spent three nights here at the beginning of January in two connecting casitas. This property is beautiful and we loved it's laid back charm. The staff was very friendly from the front area to the servers working at Rita's. Loved the landscaping and the fire pit areas throughout the property. Our room looked recently updated and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
