O hotel tinha um cheiro horrível por todos os quartos. As condições das roupas de cama, cama, móveis eram terríveis. O banheiro tinha uma goteira e o teto todo mofado. Além disso, a cama tinha percevejos. Tudo muito sujo. Mesmo após passar por isso tudo, reclamar e sair de lá, não aceitaram devolver meu dinheiro. Não é muito perto do metrô e fica bem deserto à noite.

Hotel localizado em uma rua movimentada durante o dia mas um pouco deserta a noite. O metrô não é muito próximo, uns 700m o que é um problema a noite. O apartamento é bom mas as toalhas eram velhas, encardidas e algumas furadas. Consegue-se coisa melhor pelo preço.

Hotel bem central. Sem luxo. Para quem quer conhecer pontos turísticos e ficar próximo do roteiro do "Les Cars Rouges" (Ônibus Vermelhos), que você paga, por exemplo, para dois dias e embarca e desembarca do ônibus e qualquer ponto turístico, fica o tempo que quiser e embarca no próximo. Muito útil. O hotel fica na rue de Maubeuge, paralela a rue Lafauette.

Hotel 2 estrelas, oferecendo as necessidades básicas. Um pouco apertado, mas não é problema pra nós. Econômico e acessível por ser o mais próximo da estação de trem para todos os lugares de Paris e da Europa. É, você fica a apenas 8 minutos de caminhada da sua próxima viagem de trem por toda a Europa. Os funcionários eram simpáticos. Sou muçulmano e muitas lojas de comida halal estão dispostas a cerca de alguns minutos a pé.

I booked above hotel through Booking.com, where I was going to stay as a tour director the night before going to CDG to meet my group and start a tour to Burgundy, Brittany and Normandy. Unfortunately the tour was cancelled at the last minute due to an unforeseen emergency, and I had no choice but to cancel my reservation at the hotel too. I did so on the morning of the 11th. I tried to cancel it directly with the hotel, but they informed me it had to be done through Booking.com. I next contacted Booking, who told me that it should have been cancelled the day before in order to be free of charge, but that they would do their best for me, and at very least obtain some form of compromise. The following day I received an email from them, indicating that so far there had been no response from the hotel, and therefore suggesting I contact the hotel myself. I called the hotel, but was rudely informed that there was no point cancelling, because the policy was not to allow cancellations from 48 hours prior, and even if I called back the following morning, when the responsible person would be there (that person would not even give me the name), there would be no even meeting me halfway! I then sent an email directly to hotel (also at suggestion of Booking) explaining the situation, but there was never any response to that either. A few hours later I got another email from Booking, telling me that the hotel refused to make any concession whatsoever and still was charging me the full amount!! _168 Euros! I am absolutely shocked at a hotel iso clearly lacking in hospitality, in the "hospitality" industry. In my 30 year career in the travel/hospitality industry (where I also worked in hotel sales), this is the first time I have ever come across this mentality.... I would certainly not recommend this hotel, even though i have not seen it; if there is such a lack of respect for the guests, how can a stay there be in any way pleasurable?
