This is a really nice place! Placed on a street with a lot of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was really lovely and clean and the staff is so nice. The location is perfect - close to the station and feels more genuine and not so touristic. Would stay here again.

Matissia is in a wonderful location in the 9th arr, a few steps to the metro and on a street with delightful cafes and bakeries. The rooms are very well appointed with a full kitchen. The bathroom comes with essential amenities and plush white towels with a bonus steamer for clothes. We were met by Gautier who helps owner Felipe run the hotel. Gautier is a human encyclopaedia with a wealth of knowledge from history, arts to the best places to eat. Most definitely spend some time talking to him. The small touches like bottled water and umbrellas to take when enjoying Paris is just some of the things that makes Matissia special. We will be back again on our next trip to Paris. Thank you to the wonderful team that made our stay so great.

The best hotel in Paris

There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel is well located (and easy to reach the airport and the main tourist attractions), it is well equipped, the staff is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. You feel that the hotel really cares about your comfort - the beds are very comfortable, the toiletries provided are high quality, the little treats are a cherry on top of the cake.

Superbe hotel, , lovely decoration, rooms, service, helpful staff , feel like home hotel. All nice bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants are near this hotel. Rue de l’opera is very near, do it was a great location, near metro station, and don’t forget the Michelak patisserie!

Loved our stay there! Goetz (I hope I spelled his name properly) was truly a great person to speak with about the surrounding area and things to do while we were in Paris he really took his time with our family questions. The small apartment was roomy enough for our needs pretty close to the train station and a great bakery around the corner what else is needed! We will stay here again
