Attractive Studio but disappointing design and noisy

The studio is stylish and nicely furnished but the bed is uncomfortable. We kept rolling into the centre of the bed. The wispy curtains are pretty but a solid screen between the bed and the sitting area would make it more practical for one person to watch television without disturbing the other who is sleeping. The large mugs supplied did not fit well under the coffee maker. When we asked for coffee cups we were told that the wrong sized coffee maker had been supplied. Surely it would not cost much to supply two coffee cups! Our main complaint about the building is that is is not well soundproofed. We could clearly hear all the many trains which passed along the railway. In addition there was a loud noise from the air inlet which ran all night. When we arrived the heater was running which is unnecessary and a waste of energy in these days when energy should be conserved. Given that Skye classes itself as superior accommodation, we were disappointed.

Thank you Parramatta team for looking after me! I had a wonderful time with my girls and truly enjoyed everything, from the spacious room to the roof top bar. Special mention to Laetitia for a great arrival experience and Quercy for the true “western hospitality” :) I look forward to welcoming you at SSGS real soon!

I had a studio room and it was lovely. The layout of the room and the comfort factor made my stay very pleasant and wanting to take the room home with me. I ran out of milk too and within minutes services had brought me more. Excellent service, excellent accommodation.

We stayed in a 2bedroom apartment 4A + 2 kids Portacot was provided, nice & clean rooms & got good facilities Options of providing an extra bed if there would have been good Staff are exceptionally helpful with room needs and car park Definitely recommend to stay

Very clean, excellent service and facilities, fantastic location, brilliant value for money. Rooms were well equipped with modern conveniences, very comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in the shower. I look forward to returning on future visits to the area.
