Really dirty room, dirty sheets with stains of what looked like semen, dust, no effort at all to make travellers have a good stay. Lady at front desk is nice (during the day). At night her what looks like to be husband is really unfriendly. Look for another place

Big well equipped room with comfy bed. Was a bit out of the way but patong area is small. The place is out of the crowded area, good for sleeping. Need a bike to access to this place. Just a Stop over for a night, so is fine with me. Staff overall are good and wifi is fine too,

Arrived early with Webjet voucher at the ready, but got told they needed a payment confirmation as well and wanted cash/card until it could be sorted. Went to room anyway so I could jump online and search for more info but wifi was hopeless. Had bottled water waiting in room but tasted horrible (closer inspection showed seal on unopened bottle had been removed). Room was not clean -ashtrays were full etc. Walked out and round the corner to closest big hotel I could find - soooo much beter. Location would be a bit far from anywhere for most people but I don't mind walking. It's about 15min walk to shopping centre and 20 min to the beach.

Arrived for an early check in to find semen on my sheets. They told me to wait 2 hours for housekeeping. I pointed to the big stain on the bed and asked for new sheets again. To no avail, this man expected me to sleep in a dried puddle of a strangers semen. The whole place smells like an ashtray, the AC doesn't work. And the staff don't know how to communicate at all. Just don't come here ever. I wish I could give it no stars.

I booked for 7 days i stayed 6 days , just for cleaning i had to beg 3 days after that it was still terrible ... when u go to the reception just to ask something or if u need something you have to wait min. 10 minutes cos girl at the reception is verrrryyyyy busy with her phone at whatsapp or facebook! Sometimes no electric for 6-7 hours than no cooling.... i stayed around 50 hotels and pensions around the world and i can say this is the terrible one!!! Never ever again.... i rent a house and its my 3th month in phuket i never pass from the lamai apart. Street also :/ just i say dont go...
