just got back after spending 1 week there staff very pleasant room 207 on second floor massive room, very clean slight problem with air con on arrival came up immediately tried to sort it out and called out a contractor was fixed within one hour, this hotel recommended in a great location will be staying there in future

Do not rent scooter from this place

My brother and I rented two scooters from this place, and they were nice and working perfectly. The problem came when we wanted to return the scooters. We deposited 10.000bath each bike, because we don’t feel comfortable leaving our passports. When we returned the bikes, it took a long time to get the money back. I had to wait 45 minutes, and I was in a hurry.

Got a good deal on Agoda so went for this place. One of the cheaper options and close to the action. On soi with many bars so rooms are very noisy until about 2am but to be expected. My first room the a/c barely worked so a bit hot, at least had a fan as well. Air con units very old so I am sure many rooms have similar issues. Also maintenance is a bit lacking with windows that don’t lock, torn and tattered curtains and tv very poor, latch lock broken on door and fuzzy analogue signal. BUT, you really only stay here for the bars and beach which is very close. 5mins walk to beach as is the buzzing Bangla Road. Not recommended for female travellers as some seedy looking foreigners hang about in foyer most of the day shouting and carrying on. All in all, it is what is. Cheap and close to action. But they really need to start to replace the aged air con units.

Cheap but great!

Looking for a cheap place to stay that's at the heart of Patong City (near Bangla Road, Patong Beach, Jungceylon Shopping Mall), look no further. I stayed there for a night and was well satisfied. I wasn't in the market for anything fancy. Just needed to crash for a couple of days and enjoy the Island. Served my purposes really well. Just a heads up, the hotel sits on a road with lots of prostitutes outside and a big motel up front. If you have issues being around these areas then definitely avoid this hotel.

Surprisingly Good

It's a cheap stay which is why I booked it. The building is another building with a small foyer surrounded by shops so I didn't expect much. When I got to my room, I was surprised. It was big & spacious. The aircon was cold, the bed was reasonably comfy. The shower was hot & strong. When I got to the hotel there was old tv that was just in black & white with one channel but they swapped that for a brand new flat screen while I was there. I'd happily recommend this place. Cheap & comfy.
