Location was the best part
Having been moved from the Rayaburi to the Shanaya were delighted that it was marginally better. Location was the best part. The breakfast was poor and cleaning of the tables after each guest was a joke. Flies were getting to my breakfast before i could, not surprised as all the staff did was wipe the food on the tables onto the floor. There were so many cracked and uneven floor tiles in the room that i had to put towels down so i did not cut myself. Beach towels were only given out 1130-1530 went at 1145 and told none left! Final night and we were told can you eat in your room due to Covid19 which we did however the Russians partying with drink and loud music til 0130 by the pool was OK by the management !
Terrible customer service
We had booked this hotel through booking.com when we arrived at the hotel we were told we where in the last room of the hotel. The a/c was not working and blood on the bed sheets. We immediately checked out I was told at reception the money would be returned to my account. 6weeks later still no return of the money I emailed the hotel several times very poor customer service. Been told by the young man at reception he called his manager, manager confirmed he would refund the money back to my account. I would advise anybody staying at this hotel to do your housework before hand.
Best Resort with best food.
This resort was best fit for me. Highly recommended for good stay as near to Patong road. Thanks to the Cheff who providved me with the very tasty vegetarian food. Loved the ambience. Will surely visit again.
Good clean respectful staaf
Been to place and found it is a good place to go out for a healthy food and nice atmosphere and staff was very friendly and respective and found that they also have some special good dishes to have in a place like patong Thank you for the service MAYA RESTAURENT 🌟🌟 🌟🌟
Great location very good resort
Resort is just across the beach with very beautifull pool and garden room where huge and spacious but property need a bit maintaince staff were very friendly and willing to help u beyond there limit and have very good Indian restaurant with very good food defnietly we will book this resort for our next visit
