This is so disturbing
we see one of there guest sitting outside the room WITHOUT THE BALCONY! Nearthe aircondition and Drinking. we call the reception to check I even go to there receptionist if there guest feel down they dont care?! How can your reception working in hospitality who doesnt care and dont understand english, the reception call one if the guy but that guyolaying on his phone i even let him see there guest sitting outside there room, but he just said he dont know, ( by the way i can understand thai a bit coz i am alsoworking here) its the guest fault whyhe sit down outside the room but atleast the hotel informed the guest or call someone in the room to inform them that.
Thanks for made our holiday is happy.Overall we had a great time.Great location near shopping mall. Very friendly and helpful from staff.Room is so nice ,clean and big.Breakfast are very delicious.We will be back.
GOOD HOTEL BUT WORST MANAGEMENT OF THIS HOTEL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE STAY OF ASTT GROUP OF 21 PAX FROM 07-10 MAY ' 2019
We have book 11 Double Twin Bed Room for our Group ASTT GROUP of 22 pax from 07-10 May' 2019 we have booked to our travel agent Travel agent from Bangkok since 02 April' 2019 and they have got confirmation from Hotel with Confirmation No./ Reference No: 35253. When our group reach in the hotel on 07 May 2019 for Check in Hotel staff said they have only 11 DOUBLE ROOM BIG BED available for our ASTT GROUP of 22 pax all gents group. How is this possible then they are not capable to give twin bed which was booked 1 month before guest arrival then why hotel has confirm this booking with Confirmation No./ Reference No: 35253.???. We request them to change room master bed to twin bed next day they have not listen and said not available then we request for extra blanket at least each client have one separate blanket that also not provide so service in this hotel is very Worst and they have no respect for customer. Another problem in this when guest ask for Beach Towel in the Belldesk Counter for Phi Phi Island Tour hotel staff said Beach Towel is not available and take a Room Towel ? 3rd thing in this hotel on departure House Keeping staff said in 3 rooms 3 towel missing and pay each towel THB 500 each then big discussion in lobby then finally i went to room and find all the missing towel showed to house keeping staff he said now all ok. After that come back to lobby again reception staff said 1 is still missing you have to pay THB 500.00 any how but don't want to give official receipt to me then i told them i don't mind to pay THB 500 if require but without receipt i will not pay then they have issue receipt but not give any customer copy of THB 500 hrs to me said only take picture if you want. I don't have any option to pay THB 500 cause i don't want to miss my flight and finally i paid t hotel without customer copy to me. My payment receipt THB 908.00. I think reception and house keeping make this kind of trouble to customer and charge them money and put in to their pocket not to hotel. This was happend to me on 10 May' 2019 morning time Hope hotel can find this person in reception and house keeping staff to make hassle to group.
Worst hotel experience of my life
First of all they shifted us from ‘apk resort and spa’ to ‘three by apk’ from the lobby, with an excuse that apk resort and spa was fully booked. Despite the bad reviews i booked apk resort and spa because it was in walking distance from bangla road. Now lets talk about ‘three by apk’. Extremely rude!!!!!!! First when i asked why were we shifted here.. they said ‘that hotel full booked’ and didnt bother to say any thing else..... no sorry not anything... then after handing us the key card the receptionist pointed toward our luggage and said take to your room.. when asked for bellboy she again simply told me that ,”no stuff!! You take your bag” Anyways in the room there were no slippers they didn’t provide any soap... there wasn’t even towel rack in the bathroom room had water clogging... while taking shower my bathroom over flowed and water got into my room. A group of workers always had a gather in the lobby making it dificilt to walk and they were very loud.. also door waa broken
Comfortable stay for few nights.Helpful staff.Good location for exploring the Patong beach and night market.Beautiful view of Phuket from the swimming pool on 9th floor.Reaching airport can be quite a big deal though considering the possibility of getting stuck in traffic jam.
