Right up in a quiet alley (from Dominos pizza) with ample parking space. A rather quiet ambiance and for some reason the both times I stayed, it was never bustling with people. 10min walk from Walking Street. Plenty of street food options along the way. Room is large with a large bed that can fit 3 Asians comfortably. Large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. An all access 'touchpad' style control by the bedside for the lights and air-con is very convenient.

I booked Asana Hotel Junior Suite for my family (kids) holiday in Pattaya. I depart from Bangkok to Pattaya and arrived at 12:00. I asked receptionist for check in early because I requested but she just say 2pm. She look lazy to talk to us. 1pm we back to hotel again and saw she allowed Chinese guests check in. Then, I ask her again she said OK. It mean I got lucky from Chinese guests haha. Internet can not work so stress can not check anything. Breakfast not good it like B&B. 11:30, receptionist called and said it is time to check out hahaha policy check out 12:00. This hotel should change front office. It seem no manager. Not recommend to stay with hotel

Nice and comfortable stay

The location of the hotel is nice in terms of accessibility to the restaurants, market and the beach which is not so far. The rooms are clean and hygiene level is absolutely good. The restaurant serves only breakfast and remains closed for the rest of the day. However food is easily available outside from restaurants or through GRAB app. The kitchenette is available but without stoves as cooking is banned as per hotel policy. Safe provided was found to be already locked but was unlocked the next day by the staff on request. Rest all good.

New hotel but the room has bad smell

I early check-in by accident but they still allowed us to check-in. It was nice but the room had bad smell from plumbing system. The water seep through window and door due to heavy rain. The parking lot is at back side of hotel and very dark at night.

Best modern hotel!

First country to visit in Asia and choose to stay in this hotel since my partner and I were celebrating our 2nd anniversary. The room was spacious , clean and I like the modern design which is nicely decorated. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for first timers. I will come back for sure! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Asana!
