Regular single trip to Pattaya

I read a lot of reviews about this place and most of them complain about roaches. I don't know how in other rooms but in mine was no any bugs or anything. As i understood some estate company have couple of buildings and use empty rooms as hotel service. I saw two buildings marked DE apartments in front of each other, plus main "office"/lobby in another one. Actually it was a problem to find this place. Need to go first to place called Mosaik Apartment. There is the reception. Never saw it was mentioned somewhere (mabey wasn't sharp enought to see). So, for 3500 THB for 10 days i've got TWO ROOMS apartment. Both rooms have aircons. It wasn't new, but it was clean. Locate back side of TukCom, so it is pretty quiet. Only thing i can complain about - no have "do not disturb" door signs, so room cleaners can knock your door 10 am (which is have no sence in Pattaya since fall asleep around 3-4 am). Of course you not react, so they go in, say sorry, go out and back 1 hour later.....etc... This was really annoying. At least they clean room good, change blankets, towels, drinking water and stuff. WiFi was kinda strange: not work at all with my phone but perfectly on laptop. Oh, and do not take room where windows watch to soi Sip Chet which lead to 2nd road/walking street. 3-4 am WS closing and people back home on motorbikes by this soi. Traffic more intence than daytime, so it is pretty noisy this side

Their rooms are infested with tiny cockroaches even inside the fridge. Toilet stinks. Sinks and floors are old and dirty. They gas the place in the middle of the afternoon. It won't kill the cockroaches, but the tenants will suffocate inside the room. If you get the back room you're in luck because you will see rats running around on the roof.
