Not at all good hotel. Staff is so rude and don't event entering you for anything once you check in. We lost our bag during check in they didn't even tried to find out the same. Strength said call police and closed door of his cabin on our face. Gymmy is the manager who is very very very rude to every guest. I waited for 2 hr to speak to me. But he asked me to wait n wait n wai.. zeero rating from my side. Don't book this hotel at all.

This hotel is a reasonable price and the location is ok. However they have a real security problem. items went missing from our room and when we reported it to the police they told us they had lots of reports about this hotel and that the management just don't care. There are so many better hotels in the area.

We visited Pattaya after a very stressful start to our holiday then a lovely relaxing week in Koh Samui. We had never been to Pattaya and heard mixed things about it, as Nova Express had great reviews we were looking forward to our visit. When we arrived we were greeted very nicely and been told we had been upgraded as the rooms we booked were all taken, this was a nice gesture. When we got up to our floor we noticed straight away it was a smoking floor as we could smell stale cigarette smoke but we didn’t let it bother us. The room they had given us was very nice, clean and modern. When we went up to the pool there were only 2 sun-beds which nobody used as one had a huge hole in the middle and the other had seen better day, there were only 3 towels available to use which were tatty and full of holes, quite shocking consider how good the standard of the room was. We ran into an issue with our flight leaving Pattaya as Vietjet air (NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE) cancelled our flight and re-booked the next day without telling us. I started to panic as we had no hotel for the next night and was going to lose the funds in Vietnam for our next hotel visit. I asked the gentleman behind the desk to help us call them as it was in Thai, he took the phone and waited, as we were waiting an Indian family came wanting help, rather than the lady behind the desk helping them our gentleman left us and went to serve them, this was not the 1st time we had been walked away from to assist other ethnics instead so we felt a bit unappreciated. When the call centre answered we had to ask him to help us, he came back spoke with them quickly and hung up saying that our flight was rebooked and nothing they could do. My partner asked if he had asked if we could have a flight from Bangkok instead and he said “yes they not have”. I do speak basic conversational Thai and know that he did not ask anything about Bangkok. He then said we would have to call them back and press English option. After an hour and half on hold I had to go back and beg for more help. He did help but he didn’t seem as though he wanted to, my partner had to take over in the end has it caused my anxiety to go through the roof. The hotel rooms are nice, pool facilities/pool deck need massive improvement, staff friendly to you but will prioritise other ethnics 1st, lady behind reception a bit useless as she didn’t seem to be able to cope with any demands made from guests. Defiantly wouldn’t go back to Pattaya.

Overall a good hotel however its about 10-15 mins from 2nd road and you need to grab a moto taxi at night fue to the gang of wild dogs thst yang around outside the hotel. Wifi in the room was por quality...that being said the room was very nice and rooftop pool also.

Had breakfast today at hotel Nova Express,Pattaya.Although a little variety for vegetarian, still service and stuff was too gud. A courteous staff and personalized services made all the difference, certainly a place worth getting good experience.
