OK for a night sleep
Reasonably clean and passable for a night sleep. Price is on the more economical side, offering value. No other services, breakfast, etc. Also this place is in a food desert. Only a small Subway and poorly ran Waffle House are at this exit. You have to travel miles for food.
ORIORDANT
We stayed here one night. We requested a non smoking room, there was evidence of smoke damage in the room. The bedroom door was extremely noisy. The walls in this hotel are thin and noise travels through. We enjoyed the breakfast.
Excellent Choice For the Price
I absolutely cannot say enough great things about this property. I have stayed there twice in the last two weeks for work. As a woman traveling solo, I felt completely safe and the employees are the absolute BEST! Especially Cedrick!!! Room is clean, bed is super comfortable, and everything is quiet. Will definitely be staying there again when I’m in town.

Good Hotel, Excellent Rate, Poor Customer Service at Front Desk
During a recent cross-country drive, we needed a room for one night in/near Jackson. I found an excellent rate at this Quality Inn and the reviews here on TA led me to believe it would meet our needs, so I booked a room. Upon our arrival around 7pm, there appeared to be only one front desk clerk and she could not have been less interested in me if I had been a dead bug on the ground. There were no welcoming remarks, no offers of assistance, no eye contact--nothing but a room key. Soon afterwards, I came back downstairs to ask her about the password for the Wi-fi as I was unsure of what she had written. She turned away from the TV at the front desk just long enough to give me a perfunctory answer, leaving me with the feeling that I was a real inconvenience to her. Later in the evening, we had a problem with the television but we decided we would just watch a program on our tablet rather than having to deal with this unpleasant woman again. The room itself was good -- clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and was kept well-stocked. The rate we received for the night's stay was much lower than I would have expected for a room of such good quality. Had I had a better experience when we checked in, I would gave given this hotel a 4-star rating as everything else about it was "very good". But first impressions do matter and our first impression of this hotel was "poor". So, averaging these two ratings, I give this hotel a 3-star "average" rating.
