Above and beyond, A great hotel

From my first contact with the hotel it was impressive. I had an issue with a third party and Raymond was encouraging. I also spoke with Mandy ( or Amanda...old guy memory-see pic) but she was awesome. After some email with the GM Omar I got my reservation fixed. Arrival cemented my choice as it was perfect and looked and felt new. Even with the Covid thing it was a terrific stay. Exceptional cleaning and proceedures that gave me confidence.

Clean, Comfortable, Friendly Hotel

This place is very nice and clean. Service at the front desk was efficient and friendly. There were two different ladies there and both equally friendly and helpful with check-in and restaurant recommendations. The room was spotless. Beds are comfortable. In room keurig, microwave and mini frig. They have an outdoor pool and a gym. I didn’t use either, so can’t comment. Breakfast was very good. Coffee, juice, yogurt, milk, cereal, and hard boiled eggs. They also had scrambled eggs, egg white omelets (very good), biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon and sausage. Sweet rolls, fresh fruit, and an assortment of bread. They had a pancake machine too. Hostess in the dining area was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

This holiday inn was a test stop for us on our way back to El Paso. It was clean and comfortable. Even though there appeared to be a lot of traffic, our room was quite. The staff was great. Breakfast was the usual.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Pecos is an oil and gas area so most of the guest were oil field workers. The hotel is very clean and quite. It is not a new establishment but is is very clean and well maintained. We were late getting to the breakfast area but we still had lots of fresh and hot selections. The attendant was very attentive to us even though it was close to time for her to close that area down for the day.

We had 5 nights booked here and ended up only needing 2. They were SO understanding and helpful to accomodate us! I think this hotel sees a lot of traffic from people out working all day and they do a very good job of keeping things as clean and nice as possible! It isnt a new fancy HIE but it is nice, clean and comfortable. They do a great job!
