A place to choose if you want ocean and a good place to visit the island

We stayed 2 nights in a front beach villa and it was the category we booked with breakfast included. We would recommend this hotel for the kindness of the staff (though slow sometimes) and all the services they provide (fast boats bookings, transfers, scooter rental etc) and they have a very good restaurant but it closes at 9.00pm. The outdoor pool is always clean and heated so we enjoyed it in the late afternoon when the sea gets colder. The hotel is very clean as well as the room was very comfortable with the bathroom indoor (great against bugs). The room is simple but offers bathroom products including toothbush, hairdryer etc. Matress was very comfortable. We didn't love the breakfast because has 5 different menus but is not very rich and the mask to swim was on payment. All the rest was very good.

Very nice place to stay with lovely views, bungalows and pool. Staff speak very good English and can organise pick up and drop off. Bed was comfortable and paying the bill at the end very easy. Food was average at times but I found the eggs & bacon good as well as the Nasi goreng. I also liked their black coffee. I would recommend staying here. Staff are friendly, honest and helpful. The rooms have a fridge and safe.

We booked and cancelled many times because of corona, but July 2022 we really were finally here with our family. We booked two beachfront villas, the view are really so great, so Mount Agung and to Mt. Rinjani at the right side. Nice pool, not many sunbeds and bean bags, but as people are doing sightseeing it was no problem. Close to several nice restaurants. Very friendly staff. We rented scooters, but they were not the best one, one had no light, an issue in the evening on the dark roads... This place really has the best location on the island, we loved our stay a lot!

Stayed at blue harbour for one night but could easily have stayed longer!! Amazing location, felt very safe. The staff was helpful with booking taxis for us and the restaurant had some really nice food. Especially the sea food! Overall a really nice stay:)

Amazing, we couldn't speak more highly of the facilities and the staff at Blue Harbour. The room was immaculate and the view from the beachfront villa was on another level. 2 nights isn't enough. We want to come back already! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 stay
