My family and I stayed for 2 nights and we loved it! The rooms were clean, the free breakfast was phenomenal (pancake maker, yogurt dispenser, 24/7 juice/coffee machine), and the pool/hot tub were warm and clean! No complaints.

I was in a King suite/ jetted tub. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and never once did I feel like I was interrupting/ bothering them. The room was comfortable, very spacious. The bed was firm and had 5 pillows on it. They were about 18 inches which I liked. The bathroom on the other hand was very small. Trying to get in and close the door is not something a large person can do easily. There was hot breakfast selection of cheese omelets, mini hash browns and bacon. Also a pancake machine, a yogurt machine and cereal. There was also bagels, muffins and bread (the muffins and breads were very stale). To drink 4 different juices, a coffee machine (includes expresso, lattes, regular and decaf, & hot cocoa). The juice & coffee available 24/7 which is great. Also a great assortment of condiments. Plastic utensils are individual wrap. Plenty of seating. Everything was clean and well laid out. I plan to stay here again.

Stay was for a family staycation. Loved the pool and hot tub. The jetted tub in my room was a little loud. Happy to come back to the hotel again. Staff friendly and room was clean. It was nice for the cost of room which was average for the area. With better amenities

Really nice Best Western, great king room with sitting area with couch. Breakfast bar fabulous. Anything you could want is there for you. Nice pool area with hot tub. Very clean with very friendly staff.

Love this small hotel ...warm, friendly, clean, excellent customer service, close to town, close to wineries, 3 miles from a waterfall and trail ....a perfect place to stay when enjoying the Finger Lakes region.
