Our Second visit and stay at the Imperial Poonam Hotel - comfortable and pleasant. Fantabulous service by all the staff . Receptionist vry polite N frndly Would happily suggest for anyone to stay at the Poonam Hotel.❤️😍👍

Second visit and stay at the Imperial Poonam Hotel last time 2017 a special thanks to Vikas and Akshay for the excellent service at breakfast we personally like the melon & watermelon in the morning daily breakfast menu we will stay again hoping to come back this year.

Second visit and stay at the Imperial Poonam Hotel - comfortable and pleasant. Fabulous service by all the staff - a special shout out to Vikas and Akshay who made our stay that extra bit enjoyable. Would happily suggest for anyone to stay at the Poonam Hotel for their next visit in Phagwara. Can’t wait to be back again!

Amazing, friendly and comfortable.

Hotel was nice and clean. Good standards and excellent service. Manager was very helpful and receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleaner was friendly and honest, the kitchen staffs was kind and helpful. Would recommend to go to this hotel. We will be coming back here whenever we go India again!

Visited this hotel on my last visit to India was very nice offering fresh lager from tap which tasted good I also had non veg food which was also of a good standard I never stayed in the hotel but if I had to ever stay I would definitely stay here
