Conveniente e restaurante bom
Tive que pegar um voo cedinho e este lugar fica tao perto do aeroporto e tem a estrutura de levar os clientes ate la com rapidez. O restaurante e o bar sao otimos, a comida, o servico e o ambiente. Quartos comfortaveis.
Terrible stay
Never have we been treated so rudely and walked into such a dirty smelly room as 508. The room and floor (5th) smells like smoke and something else. We were moved to the 6th floor but the entire front desk (2 ladies) were rude and arguing about the room category we purchased and said we were not allowed to park our car during our trip but one night only (we purchased a park and fly package) We have never been treated so badly and as loyal Hilton honor members would never stay here again.
Entire Hotel smells
Every floor, every room. It smells like mold and old peoples homes. I don't want to be rude, but it's bad. This hotel is really old. They might have remodeled the rooms, but there is certainly some issue going on with water somewhere (everywhere). There is no way people can ignore the smell. Also my room had scalding water in the sink, but lukewarm in the tub. I checked out and transferred to the Hampton up the road. Also breakfast is not included for Diamond members
We happily stay here every time we have an early morning flight
We absolutely love staying here. We stay every time we have an early morning flight or a concert at Wells Fargo-sadly, that's been a while-this is our go to hotel. We stayed October 6, 2020 before flying to Las Vegas for our wedding trip. We had a blast but beyond that and the staff being incredible, the steps they took to cleanliness and sanitation were wonderful, thorough and reassuring. Their Sports lounge was open, with social distancing and we felt very safe there as well, had dinner and drinks with two members of our wedding party and it was nice to be able to sit and be social but still have safe space between us and the others that came.
Stolen car parts on the hotels parking lot
Be Aware, our Car Got VANDALIZED on the Parking Lot!!! We parked our car at Double Tree parking lot for 5 days, convenient location near airport. On our return on October 28, 2020, found our car missing parts, they were just stolen, some literally cut off. We contacted the hotel, and front desk staff was laughing, all she said “ o, ok, o, ok” and hang up, could care less. Just be aware of this unsecured location!!!
