Cheap
I got a room here for a night last minute. Hardly any water pressure to take a shower. Both beds had holes in the sheets. It is a cheap place to stay which is nice however they only had 2 bed room available for me which kind of defeated the cheap price. I could have gotten a cheaper room somewhere else that had a 1 bedroom available probably. I was just tired.
Dirty
We stayed at this motel prior to our next day flight. We did not feel very safe here. The floor was very dirty. Our feet were black after walking on it for a short time. We reserved for 4 people and were provided one set of towels. The desk clerk was able to find us 3 more bath towels and 2 wash cloths. We waited for our shuttle from the airport to the motel for 60 minutes and eventually called for a uber pick up.
One night stay between flight
This place is very shabby. Queen blankets and covers to short on the bed. The fridge has plastic still on it from the day it was purchased but it’s been years and it looks cheap. The door jam around the bathroom was kicked in and never replaced or painted properly. There was no pot in the coffee machine. Only 3 small square pillows on the bed for 2 adults. Overall this place is tacky. To top it off on Booking.com it says it includes breakfast and you get “Nothing” false advertising.
missed flight and had a stay from hell
Tho the ladies at the desk were super friendly- the place itself is a DUMP. Pictures speak alone. And this was OUR SECOND room, the first one was worse. We made them move us when the bedspread, sheets, and towels were stained beyond belief. The tile floor in the bathroom was SMASHED and unwalkable- you would cut your feet to pieces. This hotel was unfortunately recommended from American Airlines 😳 and was the closest hotel that provided a shuttle from the airport. Never again. Drug deals, working girls, horrible neighborhood. The tv didn’t even have a power cable- someone clearly stolen it. We didn’t even sleep in the beds, we laid towels down and used our airplane neck pillows for a pillow. Can’t believe I had to take our little kids here. Shocked and have no words.
Stay away!!
I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to stay here and that says a LOT. The girls upstairs were "working." The bed was broken and the bed spreads were stained. The floors were dirty. I walked around with my flip flops on because I was terrified of stepping on the crickets in the room. Apparently they think because Phoenix is hot you should have cold showers. Whoever went to the bathroom must have been facing the toilet because it looked like poop splatter on the wall. They gave us 2 towels for 3 of us and no wash cloths. I still feel like bugs are on me. STAY AWAY!!! Sketchy neighborhood.
