Ótimo lugar, pessoal educado e atenciosos, tem tudo perto, mercado, restaurantes Mac Donalds, BK,e muito próximo do centro, tem super mercados,farmácias, ótima localização, adoramos a piscina,café da manhã e à tranquilidade do local.

HOTEL PRÁTICO E BEM LOCALIZADO

A rede de hotéis Laquinta é uma opção para quem quer algo em conta e prático, mas que seja limpo e com internet. Hotel super bem localizado, com shuttle para te levar ao aeroporto, com estacionamento grátis e um excelente café da manhã americano. Quartos espaçosos, geralmente com duas camas queen, com cafeteira, tv a cabo e internet super rápida, vale super a pena.

Reserved and paid for 1 bedroom suite. When we checked in at 630pm. Got keys and was skeptical as there was a plunger inside a garbage bag outside our room. Room was a mess, not cleaned. Front desk said they only had double queen rooms left. Asked if at least I would get rate difference refunded. Told to talk to manager. Had to be gone for an event so couldn’t talk with them. Multiple people had issues with keys not working. Another guest said someone had checked in the day before and there was actually a person already in the room. Never received any refund or anything for room price difference. Hotel halls and things smelled good and looked clean, service just stunk.

Dirty room, terrible customer service

Stayed here on 17th and 18th Feb in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. No linen given for the sofa bed and when I requested linen was given 2 blankets and one pillow, apparently they had run out, and no pillow case. The sofa bed mattress was badly stained so I didn’t want to sleep on it . The next day our room was not cleaned as it was supposed to have been and when I complained was told they were short staffed so could not do it. I told the front desk that was not our problem and also that both days our room keys had stopped working and we had to have them reset and then I hung up. The front desk staff member then called me back, told me I was rude and then said” Remember I can put you out if I want”. This was at 8 pm on a Saturday night so not really much to say to that threat. I will never stay at another La Quinta again

Third times a charm not really

Nice decor inside hotel, small parking lot in front attempted to enter the main entrance, but it was closed no visible sign stating to use side entrance, which needed key card entry. The remote did not work exchanged it three times finally gave up and watched the weather channel all night/morning this tv belonged to room next door. Room door was hard to open sticker over handle indicating issues with the door. Staff did attempt to rectify issue with remote, but could not leave front desk area. Morning of checkout mentioned the issue with remote to staff when asked how the stay was. Staff indicated the room could have been switched, but that was never offered. Staff apologized for the issue and said a credit would be given or a percentage would be taken off, don't believe I received that on my credit card. On the up side the waffles were good.
