I am really love this place. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was so good, perfect. And it was like we were staying in the big green garden. Again, i love Bamboo resort.

Bad first impression

On the day of check-in the plane was delayed so we arrived at 1.30 a.m. The night porter, who could not speak English, did not show any cooperation at all and said everything was full. That night we had to look for another hotel. The next day we could still check in, the first night obviously not charged. Staff of that day was helpfull and kind, but the experience at that night left a very bad first impression. The resort is reasonably well cared for. Large rooms. Housekeeping does not fill the shower gel, so either to ask for it or bring your own. Breakfast is simpel.

Nice place, in the evening, is far too dark to dine with no view of the land/seascape or even of your table such is dark, but very decently priced and food quality was good, order taking also was good with an English speaking person taking care of us. all got spoiled making it a bad experience only by being strongly rushed out of the restaurant that was almost at the closing time. We arrived by 9:30 and by 10 pm we kept getting reminders about they was up to closing until they just ask us to pay the check and go by 10:30. Suck a pity to have spoiled an otherwise pleasant evening

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere with nice gardens and pool. Rooms have AC but are a little dated. Breakfast is a little limited on selection but it’s the same in most 3 star places on the island. The difference between a standard room and VIP rooms are little ( think you get an iron in the VIP room)

It’s ok but just underwhelming

Ok so this place was just a bit phnarr... the pool was freezing, the pool guy/security man makes as much noise as possible early in the day with a fag constantly hanging out of his mouth. the water feature is just too noisy if you’re right next door to the pool. Breakfast is a weird collection of very average faire. Cockerels will wake you up just before dawn as the place is surrounded by them. Staff don’t speak a lot of English. Seemed very popular with Russians that could be good I guess. No bar and some work ongoing but mostly finished.
