If you are looking for a secret hideaway from the likes of Ho Chi Minh hustle... this place is great. Everything is fabulous about this place(but then again it depends on what a tourist is looking for). The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also they always charge very reasonable rates for any extra services.

Great choice for backpackers

This is a backpackers delight and if you are prepared to rough it a little you will find excellent value for money. We were initially disappointed because there had been a mistake with our booking and the air conditioned room that we had booked was not available. Consequently we decided to just stay the one night and then move the next day but the hotel manager, a lovely young man named Khao talked us into staying. We ended up starting 13 days! If it wasn’t for his kindness and hospitality our experience would not have been as good I have given it a score of 3/5 because the bungalows are quite rough and there are not a lot of services around. Breakfast is available but there is minimal choice. You can walk to a nice beach (Mango Bay) in about 20 mins (1.9km) and there are some decent restaurants 1-2 km away. There are scooters and bicycles available for hire if walking is not for you. Overall it was a good experience staying here and we did have some fun. The Ong Long village is quite rural but you will experience the real Vietnam here

VIDEO room walkthrough and review now on YouTube- search ‘Amelia Bolger’ Room was large, clean and had good facilities- kettle, fridge, safe, mosquito net. Loved the outdoor shower room. Swimming pool was large and well maintained. They offer scooter hire at a great price with helmets available. Don’t miss the breakfast as it’s also well priced and a good choice of items. Friendly staff and a good location. 10-15 min walk to the bars and restaurants. No noise at all at night. Would happily recommend

We arrived from Ho Chi Minh city after a terrible start to our trip ( delays etc ) , and the serene surroundings of Ninila Bungalows were very welcome . We stayed in the deluxe bamboo hut accommodation £14 per night for 2 people, very clean and comfortable.Short walk to bars and places to eat , however , the food there is delicious and very reasonably priced , breakfasts are also good. Good pool area , friendly staff , great place to stay

An authentic experience (probably the only one we had in Phu Quoc..) which is running by very nice and attentive people. This bungalow farm is so cute, the swimming is beautiful and deep, the breakfast is very good with loads of different options, they offer very interesting motorbike rental. The bungalows are cute and comfortable though mine looked a bit dated inside. Rooms lockers are not practical. There were also some constructions noise during the day, otherwise it's the perfect place to have some rest. Excellent value for money.
