VERY NASTY HOTEL! The rooms are filthy and in need of maintenance. We were moved 3 times before being able to actually just complete our booked stay. First room, the air did not work and there was no balcony; was not what we booked. The second room, the door would not lock when we left, and the 3rd room was, well…we gave up. All 3 rooms were nasty and in need of repairs. Paint was peeling, water spots on ceiling, moldy areas throughout the building. Floors were dirty. Towels and toilet paper wasn’t accommodated for the number of guests. There was a moldy substance in the sink, the water poured out of the faucet in places that weren’t meant to be. The pool and hot tub was absolutely disgusting and there was at least one bug in the room. The sofas needed to be thrown in the dumpster. They gave us a moldy shower mat, that of which I used to catch the water that sprayed from the faucet. The hot breakfast they advertised was awful as well and they obviously didn’t want to spend much on it because they didn’t have enough out there to feed the guests. I can’t tell you how awful this place was. I hope to be able to include pictures. The pictures on their site are misleading and probably 10 years old. This hotel is beyond terrible!!!

Just a heads up!! I do NOT NOT NOT recommend this property and can not stress this enough!!!! I had reservations for 2 nights. My family and I got to the hotel around 1 to see about checking in. No one was at the desk, there was a note to call Lisa and a phone number. I called and Lisa came right down from another floor and said check in is at 4 but go ahead and come back at 3 and we could check in. That was fine and dandy. Went to eat and came back to be told by the owner that check in is at 4. I explained that I was told I could check in at 3 and that my dad has cancer and he was tired from traveling and wanted to lay down and asked if there was anyway we could go ahead and check in. He said again under no circumstances was anyone checking in at 3 and there was no longer any reservation because he was cancelling it. I told him we would wait until 4 and he said there is no room for me, my reservation has been cancelled. I told him that I had already paid and he said he didn’t care, “there are 252 other hotels in the area and go find another room elsewhere”. My dad went in to see what was going on and was told by the owner that he bought the hotel for $12million and he could buy it from him and change the rules if he wants, otherwise get off of his property. That is how the owner of this hotel treats customers and cancer patience!!! Learn from my mistake and find somewhere else to stay!!! If there was a way to give negative stars I certainly would!!!

I will start with the positive. The room was clean and I’m pretty good shape. The lobby was nice. We were also allowed to check in early since our room was ready. Also, the location was great for a stay in Pigeon Forge. When we arrived there was a sign on the front counter stating be back in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later someone showed up. We booked the hotel using my rewards points and we were looking forward to the stay. We booked a double Queen room suite with a balcony, and got 3 full beds with no balcony. It wasn’t the end of the world there. The description also says outside and inside pool along with a hot tub. The Outdoor pool had green algae growing on the walls. The hot tub was cloudy, dirty and not at all usable. The indoor pool was usable, but I definitely didn’t smell good after getting out of it. Also, they have no night front desk person working, so they keep the front doors locked for security purposes, but the sign on the door clearly states that the back door into the pool area is unlocked 24 hours a day. The breakfast was not great, but we barely had time to eat anything as we tried to check out after the first night of a four night stay. Eventually after a lot of conversation with the staff and then the manager over the phone, we were allowed to check out and got my rewards points back.

Woke up at 3 am due to something biting me to find my bed full of bed bugs at 3:30 am, no staff at front desk from 11 pm to 7 am they lock doors and go home. Waited until 7 am for someone when I showed them the bed bugs in the containers she laughed at me and asked me if I wanted clean sheets. Cost me a trip to Prompt Care $125.00 prescriptions for steroids $50 and $50 to have our clothes dry cleaned and it ended our vacation we went home.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but THIS ONE certainly deserves it. We expressed all of our displeasures to management, but all concerns fell upon deaf ears. Upon entering our room, we discovered a used towel in the bathroom, urine in the toilet, and the bed had stained linen and appeared to have been occupied by someone at one point. They advertise that rooms are vacant for 24 hours before they are rebooked. Highly doubtful. While getting ready to turn in for the evening, we discovered the faucet leaks (regardless of position) all over the counter space, rendering the counter space useless. The shower was disgusting. The drain had drainage issues. Anyone taking a shower would be standing in dirty water because the water would stand and not drain. Pillows need to be cleaned and sanitized. 3 out of the 5 had an unpleasant odor. We called the main lobby and requested replacement pillows. Two hours go by and we call down to the lobby again, wondering where the replacements were. The response we get is that the only way we got replacements was to bring them down to the main lobby ourselves and have them swapped out. Talk about poor customer service! Security is another issue. Key cards were advertised to be required in order to access the building from the back part of the property. Clearly was not functioning, therefore anyone could come and go as they pleased. Upon checkout, we requested to speak to the manager to again express our displeasures and concerns. He was not in the office, however, we were told he would reach out to us to address the concerns. Several hours go by and no call. We called back to request to speak to him, and he, again, was "not in the office". To date he has yet to reach back out to address our concerns. Management here simply does not care about the customer experience. Do not expect anything but the bare minimum. We paid a premium price ($221/night) to stay here but got a poor experience in return. I will continue to deter anyone I know from ever staying at this location. I hope everyone heeds my warning.
