I went solo with my 5 and 7yo kids. We checked in on a Thursday and out on a Sunday. It was a last minute trip for us as we had to suddenly pivot away from other travel plans. It was an overall fantastic trip. Our room was clean and my kids loved the bunk beds! I really appreciated all the coat hooks and towel hooks conveniently placed around the room. The outdoor pool was closed but my kids loved it up in the indoor pool and had a blast. It is small but plenty of fun. We hit up the free s’mores and story time a few nights which my kids loved and I loved the rocking chairs by the outside fire pit. After too much junk food + s’mores + roller coasters my 7yo vomited in the bath tub at 10pm necessitating a visit from housekeeping AND maintenance. (Sorry guys!) I didn’t catch the name of the housekeeping attendant but she was so kind and quick in helping with the cleanup and Carter from maintenance was in good spirits despite the mess which I so appreciated. We absolutely loved the convenience of the trolly to and from the park. The drivers were all kind and warm. It was also super convenient to have 5 free time savers per person to use at the park. We don’t live too far away so we will definitely come back to use our new season passes!

GO AHEAD AND SPEND THE MONEY! YOU WON’T REGRET IT! We had the most extraordinary time at this resort! We got valuable perks at Dollywood that we would not have gotten at any other hotel! We were able to ride the trolly and get dropped at the front gate. This alone saved us a lot of money on parking. I also felt like my car was safe under the watchful eye of the resort. The trolly driver was so nice! We also got five time saver passes each courtesy of the resort! I was able to buy my theme park tickets right there at the hotel saving me the chaos of having to do it with three excited kids at the park. Some things are worth the extra money in life and this is one of those things! Thank you, Dream More, for a memorable experience that we will never forget!

First time there for several days as it is expensive with regular prices. I went this time because I wanted to try with some deep discounts (off season) and pass holders discount. The views are wonderful outside and many places to walk around and enjoy: walk way around the pool area, several fire pits with one covered with wooden rockers (my favorite). Room was clean, clean, clean and all staff was very friendly and welcoming. I learned from experience things to do next time, make reservations way in advance for eating and spa- I wanted to do both but they booked up several days in advance. The outdoor pool was closed but indoor was fine. I liked that there are on kinds of areas to sit and rest inside and out including covered porches, fireplaces and such. Some nice touches like free hot cider at night and other things like that. The hotel is huge and a lot of walking inside like walking from your room to elevator and outside can be a task, especially with luggage. Next time I will request a room near the elevator. Not meant as complaining but as ways to improve. This is the welcoming hospitality of the Smokies so there should be a local coffee shop with locally roasted coffee inside not Starbucks coffee. You can get Starbucks anywhere and it ain’t special (“Parton” my Tennessee grammar). When you come to the special place of the Smokies you want something special. There are many great local coffees in the area like Expresso Yourself, Honeybee, and Smoky Mountain Espresso- about a mile from Dreammore. Come on Dreammore, get one of these guys to have a coffee heaven there.

Fun and relaxing stay!

We reserved the Jr Suite and it was wonderful. The bunk beds were bigger than expected and very sturdy. Our bed was so comfortable. Room was spacious. Super clean resort. Outdoor pool was closed for season but the indoor pool was a blast. They had towel bins set out so you could get a towel whenever you needed one and there was a life guard on duty at all times. We had breakfast at the Hearth and Song and it was delicious. The make your own omelet station was the best! They have activities at night for kids from bed time stories to make your own smores to crafts. Very fun and relaxing stay. The only thing for us was the limited amount of handicap parking. The spots were taken quickly and stayed full.

Best stay ever! If you want an awesome southern hospitality then you need to stay here!! Every employee welcomed you every time they saw you, and it didn’t even matter if they had just seen you walking down the hall and spoke to you five minutes earlier they would speak to you again! Great service from everyone. Everything always spotless! Made us always felt we were welcomed and at home. Dolly would be very proud of each and every employee!!! Definitely will be staying again in the future!!
