Começando com a excelente localização, que é só descer a pé alguns metros e já está no centro, e o excelente atendimento com as atendentes. Impressionamos com o quarto, que escolhemos a suíte Design com 2 quartos. Quarto maravilhoso, com detalhes e conforto qua nos trouxe uma experiência inesquecível! Cama extremamente confortável, no banheiro do quarto de casal tem uma televisão no espelho além de ter um tamanho ótimo! Uma lareira na sala.O hotel oferece estacionamento gratuito, e tem uma excelente área com piscina! Ficamos muito contentes ao ficar neste confortável e excelente hotel em Gatlingburg.

Irritating sales lady.

Hard sales pitch, rude really, really rude. I get it, that’s your job, but we were there on vacation, paid full price for this place not to deal with this. Politely declined, many times, just wanted our room keys. After getting by that, (should have read the previous reviews they obviously have no interest in fixing it), the place was very nice. Walking distance to almost everything. And I love their replies…someone will contact you…lol..not again you won’t! We wouldn’t stay there if we went back, I’d try some place new..just because…it really did irritate us. IHG should do better.

Crooked timeshare scam!

Stay away from the timeshare offer!!!!! I have been an IHG member quite awhile. I have attended other companies' timeshare offers previously for free stays, etc. This sounded like a good deal. $249 for 3 nights in their property, fully refundable after a 90 minute presentation. Pretty standard offer and with a reputable company, right? It was a nightmare from the start! As another reviewer stated, as soon as I signed up, with "28 properties to choose from and 12 months to decide", I started getting emails and calls pressuring me to make a reservation immediately. One caller told me to just "pick any location now, we won't hold you to it." By then, I didn't believe her. I got offers for additional cash, early booking bonuses, etc. Finally, we picked Gatlinburg. I was told it was a premiere location, so I would be charged an additional $89. When I declined, that offer suddenly changed from me owing $89 to them adding $50 in cash to book. So we booked. I didn't read the confirmation closely enough, and like other reviewers, they shuffled us off to another, lower rated hotel further from downtown. That hotel was older and very basic. When we showed up for our presentation, we were told we were committed to "120 minutes based on [our] level of interest." I asked when that changed from 90 minutes and was simply told that if we didn't stay, we wouldn't get our $249 refunded or $50 bonus. That 120 minutes was assuming we accepted their sales pitch, in which they throw a variety of crazy numbers and options at us and wanted us to sign a contract on the spot. We weren't even allowed a few private moments to discuss it as a couple. When we repeatedly declined, they would send another salesman with another offer. Our 90-minute-extended-to-120-minute presentation went closer to three hours. During that painful time, their bathroom was out of toilet paper in every stall (which I was graciously warned about by a staff member, but they didn't bother to refill the tp) and my husband's attire was mocked by another salesman. Yet they continually waved away our concerns, leveraging the IHG name and reputation. They did not in any manner exhibit what I thought of as IHG attitude and service. I finally had to get rude and demand my refund to get them to "close us out" and give us a voucher for our refund and bonus. When I got to the clerk, he insisted I sign the receipt before giving me the money, even after I resisted. He then handed me $199 instead of the $299 on the voucher. I did finally get all my cash. But by then they had turned off the elevator and closed the lobby so I had to exit the back of the building and walk around the property and up a hill to get back to my car in the parking lot. Another couple who also attended a presentation without buying were also ushered out the door in back, and she was in a wheelchair! IHG should be ashamed! And if, as another reviewer said, this isn't IHG but loosely associated with them, IHG should terminate the relationship. This was the shadiest operation I have ever wasted time on!

Beware of Getaway timeshare promotions. They dont honor the time and date we choosed and they are refunded the money if they didnt accomadate stay for dates we asked. Customer care doesnt care at all. they are in a mind set of "take it or get lost".

Robert Zalucki lied to us

Robert told us to buy more points to pay all our maintenance fees. Total lie. Never support his cause!! We were told that new rules for 2022 were coming and he had secret knowledge of this and not to tell anyone because he could get in trouble. We called to complain about this and they totally protected him. Terrible person!!
