Hotel prático e bem localizado. A limpeza esteve sempre impecável dentro do quarto e todos atendentes foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Dentro da faixa de preço não há o que reclamar. Ótima opção pra quem procura um lugar para descansar após um dia exaustivo...

Not our best stay

We travel for competitive cheer and for this particular weekend, we needed a cheaper option. I checked the reviews for this hotel and was pretty confident that our stay would be pleasant, however, we were pretty disappointed. We arrived around 11pm because of the weather and had to wait for some time to check in bc they didn’t have any keys for the guest in front of us. As soon as we got off the elevator, it was apparent that there was some smoking happening on our floor (not cigarettes). The rooms don’t particularly smell clean but they did seem to be decently clean, with the exception of some hairs and a few stains on the bedding. The lamp shades are yellowish, which gives the room a dark/dingy feel. Every time someone flushed the toilet, you could hear it in the walls and the beds were pretty hard so none of us got a good nights sleep. The positives… the breakfast is decent and the staff are super friendly. It’s also conveniently located to some decent shops and restaurants. However, we would not stay here again though.

We stopped on way home from Florida. Website was very easy to navigate. East reservation and checkout friendly service Breakfast was terrible. Did not use any other amenities i.e. pool, exercise room

Thank you!!!! I will see you next year. every time when in South Charlotte this is the best place to be. They have been number one hotel on trip advisor for past many years. Always get treated with respect smile and everyone goes out of their way to help you.
