O palacete é muito interessante assim como o seu interior, areas comuns muito acolhedoras e a dar ideia de palacio, contudo os quartos são um pouco mais "pobres" e alguns ainda não tem as janelas restauradas, não tendo vidro duplo e mesmo não abrindo. o banho é bom. não tem elevador e temos de carregar as malas pela escada.

Stayed two nights. One of our party is seriously Ill and is now using a wheelchair. The disabled access was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that they were well looked after. Thank you for this. The breakfast was delicious, dinner was outstanding. The hotel is friendly, and it was lovely to be able to sit in the bar area with the dogs. The grounds are stunning, the location is beautiful and the rooms are immaculate. An incredibly enjoyable stay.

We arrived and found the staff very friendly. Unfortunately it was the worst night sleep we have every had. Banging and shouting all night long. Unable to use the shower unless you like a shower in a freezing bathroom. When we informed staff the heater in the bathroom was not working they replied maintenance not on site until Monday. We were leaving on Sunday. Woke up on Sunday to a very cold bedroom . When notified of the broken heater an offer of another room would have been appreciated but alas they wasn’t interested

We had a short break here with friends and we were all delighted with the rooms, the friendly team looking after us and fabulous food… We stayed in coach house rooms which were perfect for me and electric wheelchair, nice and cosy, short distance to the main hotel. The team create a friendly, relaxed, helpful atmosphere and dinners were fabulous creations in sensible portion sizes where you could enjoy each course without tailoring adjustments :) A thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing couple of nights - we’ll be back,

Just the most beautiful setting, so peaceful and quiet. The staff, every one of them, were delightful. They were so lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food is amazing, I cant praise the Pine Trees enough. We stayed in the Coach House, beautifully clean with everything you need provided. My biggest praise goes to the staff - long time since ive enjoyed such fantastic service
