This is the worst hotel ever! Room smells mold/old, nothing works, and front office people offer no solutions. Stay away from this place. Needs updates badly! Much better alternatives extremely close .

Very comfy beds, nice and clean room. I accidentally left my glasses in my room after I left and the staff was nice enough to call me and let me know so I was able to come back and get them. Over all good experience.

Check in was great he made sure to make our room would be done by the time we got back from the game. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend staying here.

We booked 10 rooms for a group of students, and they didn't have the reservation. We had confirmations and everything, but they just didn't have the rooms. They took no responsibility for their mistake, didn't even apologize. When they realized they were the ones at fault, they said they had 3 rooms that we could stay in. Management was a complete waste of time, completely unprofessional, and they kept blaming everybody else for their mistakes. Would give a 0 rating if possible. Fortunately the Best Western across the street got it in immediately and was a million times easier and friendlier to work with. Do yourself a favor and avoid this joke of a hotel.

We Stayed here for the Indianapolis 500 weekend and wasnt too impressed. The room was average size but could tell it was showing its age. Breakfast was a typical breakfast and was ok. Had a loud group out in the hallway for almost an hour at 10 pm at night which kept us up for a little bit.
