Hi had the pleasure of stay at this hotel the past 2 weeks. Ezra gave me amazing customer service, she had a fresh pot of coffee ready for us, made checking in smooth as possible. I give her 5 stars for making our stay amazing.

This is the the Home2 Suites that all others should be like. Our stay was incredible!! We stayed 2 weekends in a row and the customer service from Jessica and Ezra both times was amazing! Warm and inviting personalities from the rest of the staff were so refreshing! We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Dallas. And the Military discount is so appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfy, and made our vacation so relaxing. Thank you all so much and we will be back. -Katie and Enrique Oler

My boyfriend and I wanted to do a staycation and we really enjoyed ourselves. The customer service was great, room service was very attentive and the room was extremely nice and clean! We truly enjoyed our stay! Jenny was super sweet at the front desk! Overall the experience was AMAZING!

I wasn't that thrilled with this hotel. The guy checking me in was not very friendly, and I asked a few questions during my stay, and he didn't seem to know the answers. I needed to walk my dog, and this is not a very walkable area. Like much of Texas, no sidewalks, so there is a chance to be hit by the cars in the area. I would have really appreciated if the front desk could have given me some guidance on where I could walk. The next day I found the downtown area of Plano which would have been ideal. I think this hotel is in a lower income, depressed area and I didn't feel particularly safe walking in the area. In addition, I had to take my dog out a few times during the night to go to the bathroom, and there are people sitting in their cars, and other ones milling about talking on the back side of the building. It almost felt like there were drug deals going down or something? When I walked by these people, they kind of stared at me like, what was I doing there. I would have the same question for them!!!

Was a great hotel, from the cheery greeting from Lauren to the delicious breakfast with way more choices than the normal hotel. It had lovely toppings for your oatmeal including fresh strawberries. We had the two room suite which was bright, well thought out and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. If this is the Hiltons newer version of the embassy suites, I approve. We will now be using home2home where ever possible . Parking and breakfast were included in the price.
