Ótima localização, camas super confortáveis, travesseiros para se perder na cama. Ótimo banho e tudo muito espaçoso. O quarto tem frigobar, microondas e cafeteira. O café da manhã bem servido, mas o mesmo de toda a rede em qualquer lugar!!!
Estacionamento e internet free.

We agree with the other review here from July. I’m going to send a letter to Marriott as this hotel is a shameful representative of their brand.
The difference in our case is that we have family in the area and stayed here the first year it opened, and every summer since. We know first-hand that this place used to be decent.
Something has changed and it’s more than covid.
They don’t want to clean rooms. They don’t tell you this at check-in and expect you to read on your television that you have to ask to clean rooms. If they asked you at check-in, every person would say yes. We discovered this when we got back to our room that night.
The grass hasn’t been mowed in several weeks. We asked why, and they explained that they are short staffed. Why they don’t hire someone in town to do is beyond me.
Essentially this property has not been maintained since it first opened. The wall paper is peeling and discolored in the bathrooms, for example.
Sadly, there aren’t a lot of better hotel options in this area. The Hampton Inn, across the street, is now better hotel even though this one is newer.

Oh man— this was rocky. Listen, I fully get that in a post covid world hotels are working to get staffed and train new employees, so I try to be understanding. However….. there were too many issues to ignore.
Pros: the location had lots of local dining nearby and was a short drive to Ausable Chasm. The lobby and public areas were very clean and the AC worked well. You could reserve the pool for one hour blocks and have it all to yourself.
Cons: the front desk staff was unprofessional and quite rude. Nearly every time I looked for them, they were outdoors, smoking, directly in front of the entrance. In fact, while waiting to check in, we clocked one young lady taking FOUR smoke breaks in one hour! When I asked for a fourth floor room (a request made with my reservation), the front desk clerk actually rolled her eyes and told me “maybe, I guess.” On several other occasions, the staff would just ignore people until they had to ask for help (sometimes more than once). I NEVER saw any front desk staff dressed professionally, and even witnessed one individual working in leggings and a sports bra. There was a massive towel shortage and getting any became virtually impossible (same for any other housekeeping items like toilet paper). The wifi was spotty in the rooms and there were several suspicious stains covering the walls around the toilet. Finally, all the water at the hotel smelled kind of funny— like mildewed lake water. I didn’t dare drink any of it!
Tips: stay here ONLY in a jam, but if you have to reserve your pool times at check in.
A nice hotel, but I wouldn't stay again.

PROS: A very attractive hotel with big attractive rooms. Our suite had one of the better hotel sofas that I've seen, which means a lot to us. We had two TV's and the bathroom was huge.
CONS: The room was not cleaned well. We found food residue from the previous guest and many greasy fingerprints. Especially worrisome as this was supposed to be "COVID cleaning". The floors/ceilings in this hotel are thin. We could hear every footstep of the guests in the room above. I would only stay here if you can book a room on the top floor.

I stayed at this facility last week. I was in Room 410 and arrived on 8/12/2020. Admittedly I was there for one night but everything went well. This facility has been open since 2016 and it looks great. Some things won't apply as COVID-19 as required Marriott to operate on limited staff.
My room was on a 4th floor and was very quiet. It had the regular amenities and was clean. The shower room was spacious and plenty of towels. There was a small problem with the cable boxes as the tv is new but the existing infrastructure is older. The manager came and helped with the room and explained they are waiting on gear but covid has put shipments of new equipment behind which is understandable. There isn't an industry that hasn't been affected by the virus. I didn't use the gym or pool area so I can't comment on that. The breakfast is limited due to covid concerns to just be aware.
I would come back to this hotel as it is very convenient and near Rte 87. The hotel staff was great.
