We made a late decision to stay here as we journey home. Our room was nicely appointed but the carpet was stained and needed a deep clean or better yet replacement. Would like to compliment staff for their service especially Carl who kept the drinks flowing.

Needs Better Cleaning And More Hot Water But Friendly Stay

We used this Hotel both for going and returning home to go on our Cruise out of Miami Port, we used this as a stop over to lessen the driving distance. Heading to Miami, we were given Room 312, and returning from the Ship we were given Room 330, so we have photos from both Rooms to share here. We gave the Hotel 4 Stars because the Staff was really very friendly and very accommodating to give us a late check out on both occasions, which we truly appreciated very much. However, for the Housekeeping Services they can be way much better, and in fact if they don't improve their Housekeeping Cleaning Services it will make this nice Hotel go down to being a Dirty Place to Not Want to Stay at. The Hotel needs to get rid of the nasty Carpeting in the Rooms and change it to something much more brighter and mainly keep them clean, because they are terribly stained and the Floors and Carpeting have not been swept or Vacuumed much at all, which is so bad because it is also a Sanitary issue to have Dirty Floors in the Rooms from one guest's stay to the next person, there was even a Plastic Contact Lens found on our Bathroom Floor. The Rooms need a good Dusting as well, the Vent in the Bathroom was just Nasty, the Vent was filled up with Dust and Lent in the manner that we saw it to be during our Stays both coming and going in Rooms 312 and 330. The Hot Water was not very Hot at all, and closer to being Cold than Hot in temperature. The Hotel has a convenient Restaurant with seating in it's Lobby area that is open at certain Hours throughout the day and also serves Alcohol for purchase. However, because the Restaurant does serve Alcohol, during our stay we encountered some Men who were very Drunk hanging out in the Hotel Lobby and out back at the Patio Seating and Fire Pit outside, out back near the Parking Lot, which kind of makes it scary to see people completely that Drunk hanging around and riding the Elevators made for an unsafe feeling. However this Hotel is in a perfect location if you want to be next to a lot of shopping and Restaurants because it is literally right outside the door that there is a lot of Restaurants and shopping, because the Hotel is part of the large outdoor shopping Mall's many Parking Lots. This Hotel has the potential to be a 5 Star, but it needs to certainly do better on keeping it very clean and well maintained or it will go down hill although it is in a very convenient location. The Staff were really wonderful and accommodating which is why I give it 4 Stars. We would consider staying at this Hotel again if in the area, and we do recommend it, BUT also we might also look elsewhere for a cleaner stay in the area as well, and the Hot Water issue means a lot to us also in a having a better stay, because Clean and having good Hot Water To Shower is very important despite the convenience of the location.

Hey i am thankful & blessed for the great service & room. The front desk people Malaysia, Celeste, Ariana, & Marni were awesome, polite, & helped me feel welcomed everytime i entered & left the building

Ebony was the most patient front desk agent!

After driving 8 hours I checked into the hotel. Ebony was so friendly and professional. However once I went to the room I noticed there were hairs in the shower and the shower doors were filthy. I called Ebony and she immediately moved me to the room next door. I dragged my stuff to the new room and immediately checked the bathroom. It was much better than the last one. However when I went to pull back the covers in my traditional “pre-settling in” bed check I was shocked to see a long black hair, crumbs, and a white piece of paper “advertisement” for a perfume outlet. Again, I called Ebony who expressed the highest level of concern and apologized profusely. She finally moved me to the opposite side of the floor and my room was terrific. I was exhausted and finally having a clean, comfortable and very nice room was a blessing. Thank you to Ebony who was so patient and professional. Also - when I checked out Tron was on duty at the front desk and was also so friendly and professional. He also express his displeasure with the status of the first two rooms. He was so pleasant and made my check out a terrific experience.

My husband and I booked a suite for 2 nights, Oct. 21 & 22, 2022, at this awesome Holiday Inn, as we were celebrating our Anniversary AND visiting friends. As I was on my way into the lobby, I dropped my bottle of wine at the entrance! I was so EMBARRASED! The WONDERFUL Manager, Ms. Morni told me not to worry! She gave us a new bottle of wine!! Malaysia checked us in at the desk! She too, was AWESOME and very nice! Since we have family in Pooler, we plan to stay at this wonderful Holiday Inn when we visit! Also we love the rewards we get when we stay at Holiday Inn!!! Sincerely, Thomas & Shirley Ross
