Horrible hotel facilities even for a budget hotel, Dirty hotel. Unprofessional staf

I stayed in this hotel for four nights. The hotel photos shown on Booking.com are not of the same hotel rooms. I had booked two rooms. The rooms were on the first floor. I had booked deluxe room. I was not provided with a deluxe room on the day one. On the next day, when I inquired, I was advised that deluxe room is on the second floor. There is no way I and my wife could go to second floor. The hotel does not have an elevator. I and my other guests were provided rooms on the ground floor. This hotel is a dirty hotel. I found cockroaches crawling in broad day light. I had asked staff to kill cockroaches in broad day light using chemicals. The washroom/bathroom is dirty. The bed sheet had holes. There was no curtain in the ground floor room. I had to ask the staff to curtain. The staff did not have a curtain to fit the room. The staff ended up using two curtains of different color to cover the windows. This hotel does not server breakfast until 7-45 AM. I had packed breakfast on the day one. But looking at the cleanliness of the hotel and cockroaches crawling on the floor, I decided not to eat this breakfast. I asked hotel management not to prepare breakfast for us. The hotel staff had left uncleaned dinner plates and left-over food items in the breakfast area on the first floor and a small room on the ground floor. I was so upset with the staff, cleanliness and the room facilities that I had to the staff to connect me to their Managing Director whose name is Sundaram. I explained everything to him. My billing was revised. I did not receive revised bill until I checked out as internet facilities is very poor. Even though, I did not had breakfast, billing worked out also included breakfast. Mr. Sundaram was advised that I am not going to have breakfast for three days. . The photos shown on web site I used to book are not the same as of this hotel. There are no red curtains in the room. There are no bed sheet red covers. The hotel was sent a message to arrange airport pick up. I did not get any response. The phone appearing on Booking.com is not the correct phone number. I am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel.

Those are looking for Good Budget Rooms in a affordable price can book. Now it is newly reneovated..Management team has been changed recently. Doble Bed & Triple Bed rooms are available, Power backup, intercom in the room, all are AC Rooms with complimentary breakfast

I visited this hotel last week and was there for 4 days. The hotel is budgeted so I can not expect more ......... getting an AC Room @ 1500/- in Andaman is not easily possible. The room was clean and well prepared, food was good, there was always someone at hotel who cold listen and try to solve issues, hotel has its own limitations ... connectivity issue no internet... which i experienced in most parts of these islands.... Overall I am satisfied with hotel and its services

I stayed this hotel in the last October 16, 17,20 to 22.Both room & bathroom are very dirty, even bedsheets r very dirty ,torned. Drainage lines going through the room which was leaking creating so unhygienic & horrible condition. I went through a travel company echhe dot com , Howrah, Bagnan which has no infrastructure to travel in Andaman. This hotel must be given negative marks.
