let's first say the staff here is awesome, always make sure you have everything you need, i was here on nye and the pool was cold, so cold that my kids wouldn't even swim in it now on my 2nd stay this weekend and the pool is so nice and warm just the way we like it. i have fibro and can't swim in water under 84 degrees but this stay it was just perfect, a big thank you to the staff . will definitely stay again

Second time staying at the PC location and I must say the best customer service I could ask for. I received a call the room was ready early and I was able to check in whenever was convenient for me. Check in and out was smooth and fast. Front desk staff was friendly, energetic and helpful with all my questions. Room was clean and cozy. Definitely will stay here again.

Great facility ! Clean rooms, but the staff? The BEST! Recently found myself without power at home…HIE offered discounted rooms during storm to our community. Always the best service & amazing neighbors!!

This place is awesome and the staff was amazing during an extremely stressful time. No power when the blizzard hit. I had to find an emergency place to shelter with my 2 greyhounds. They welcomed me and several neighbors, No added fees. Lifesavers! Thank you for saving Christmas I will be forever grateful

Great staff very nice and willing to help with all requests wonderful price was close to everything not a far drive quiet rooms beautiful rooms very clean lovely pool/ hot tub all around 10/10 great stay bed was amazing
