Excelente café da manhã, quartos amplos, arejados! Em frente ao calçadão principal da cidade e próximo a tudo , mesmo para uma cidade pequena! Compensa por ser um valor mediano de diaria! Super recomendo, ficaria novamente nele sem dúvidas!

Substandard Room

Room was tired and needed attention. Leg on easy chair looked like it was going to snap off. Light in bathroom flickered before finally going on. Paint peeling etc. Substandard room. Maintenance workers started making noise mat 7:00. Worst hotel room in last week of our tour of Australia and not the least expensive.

Service denied when trying to order. No offer of ways to handle an 8 minute gap. Didn’t want our money.

We went to the Rydges eatery for a coffee and bite to eat, at 11:51am. We looked at the menu on display on the counter, and told the girl at the counter we wanted 2 Eggs Benedict. She said they were on the breakfast menu, and that closed for orders at 11:00am. We said we just wanted a coffee and something to eat. She gave us a lunch menu. We quickly found something we wanted, but when we tried to order she said they don’t take lunch orders until 12:00midday. My watch showed we were 8 minutes early. Not good enough…. How did she know that we would have also got a bottle of wine, plus maybe cocktails like we did last year when we were in Port Macquarie. Poor training, no recognition of the customer nor of good public relations. We had a great experience up the road at another establishment with no restrictions, and no verbal rules after we ordered. Pick up your act Rydges!

Quite expensive and a little disappointing! Could really do with a renovation, this hotel is charging good Money per night and is defined a little tired! Also found a Lot of hair in our bathroom. The bed was very comfortable though so that’s why it gets a 3!

The room was filthy there were splatters of god knows what along the skirting boards. We ordered room service for dinner and they missed our order and after they missed it they closed the restaurant so we didn’t get dinner.
