During our stay, we received fantastic service from Sara. Hotel is nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely I recommend this hotel anyone, Specially to friend and family. Thank you Sara for the amazing service Mikail

A rather tired and supposedly Executive room, poorly maintained room including dirty carpets, particularly the edges with grey fluff around room and bed areas and damaged worktop in bathroom, over priced, although the size of the room was very good.

I just want to let people know how ramada hotel manager and receptionist badly treaty me and my wife and grandson on our stay at ramada south mimms on Saturday 25th and 26th june 22 when we arrived at hotel me and my wife quickly put our bags in the room so we could go and collect our grandson to spend time with him who is only 10months old when we arrived back at the hotel with him we noticed the floor wasnt hooved and the bed sheets where dirtyand the duvet had blood stains and pee stains we call the receptionist and asked her to come and look she said they had no more duvets i ask for a refund so i could go else where and she tryed to say they were washed but they were filthiest sheets and duvet ive ever seen my grandson was falling to sleep and we couldnt put him down because we were worryed about the dirt in the room i ask to speak to manager but he wouldnt speak to me excuses after excuses booking.com tryed to make them refund me but ramada wasnt doing it no compassion for our grandson at 11.30pm i was going to my car to get something for my wife when receptionist sara told me if i left the hotelat that time with my 10months old grandson they would only then refund me and i said are you joking and i said to her is your manager an animal to suggest that to kick me out of hotel so lat at night when i ask hour before for a refund but they was not doing it. It relly stressed us out and to think the staff and manager didnt even care about health and welfare of a baby really discussed me and they relly should be ashamed of themselves they even put a dirty duvet in babys cot what a bad run hotel and there wasnt only me complaining we couldnt even spend time with ourdaughter for her birthday both sara and manager lied even said booking .com didnt send an ail for my refund which booking .com did so it showed you there guest come last with no care the worst thing is no care for a bay how evil and disgusting im posting the duvets how dirty they were

Hotel from dust and dirt hell

Wow,I've never stayed in such a disgusting hotel. In the entrance and bat area it is spotless,yet once your past the double doors,it begins. The pictures speak for themselves. We were expected by our hosting clarion to stay here for a month! The receptionist sarave (don't think I've spelt that right) was asked to get the cleaner to clean it dye to husband's health issues Andy's staying there for a month in total,she took all details but did nothing. She's a 'yes' lady. Bad attitude served with a smile!

Sarath has to be the best receptionist we've ever encountered. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. When we arrived our room wasn't ready but Sarath came outside to find us when the room was ready before schedule. Lovely touch. Credit to the Ramada chain.
