Ja tive o prazer de aproveitar as emenidades e a atmosfera deste hotel que nos embala como a cancao La Barcarolle, Excelente atendimento e Hotel e melhor ainda o restaurante o beach bar, sempre uma nova surpresa.

No privacy at this beautiful hotel

The hotel is located in a very nice place. However, I had a very bad experience with housekeeping service. Their people did not knock and just barged in while I was taking a shower. The house cleaning lady didn’t apologize maybe she didn’t understand English well. I complained to the reception desk and the lady just shrugged off. No apologies. Apparently customers privacy is not an issue to them.

The staff were polite and helpful, the ambiance was cheerful, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the furniture tasteful. The only complaint: while taking shower, the water temperature fluctuated, from being warm to cold and vice versa, making the shower uncomfortable. House keeping must pay immediate attention to this and correct it.

A haven to relax and unwind in the beautiful, bucolic grounds in which the hotel sits, lapping the shores of Lake Geneva - pieds dans l'eau. Wonderful, helpful staff on reception and in the dining rooms. Excellent kitchen, preparing hearty breakfasts and well-balanced delicious dinners. Well appointed, elegant accommodation with balcony, overlooking the Lake Léman. This is the place to stay if here either on business or pleasure.

Cold food was served to our group on two consecutive evenings. The staff acknowledged this yet made absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue. The group were staggered that no effort to improve standards had been made on the second evening.
