Poor management
Poor management and follow thru on cancelled reservation. Contacted Hilton corporate and said that decisions are made by hotel general manager. She had front desk clerk call me after 2 days of phone calls.
Noise.
This hotel has thin walls and floors. My wife and kids went to the room ahead of me and by the time that I made it to the front desk to get a room key I was told there was a noise complaint coming from our room. Exactly the way I wanted to be greeted after getting off the road with a 2 and 5 yr old.
Great place to stop for the night.
My wife and I stopped to break up a long road trip, and this was a great spot for a night. Traveling with a baby, we arrived late. Check in was smooth, rooms were clean, hotel was quiet and conveniently located.
Excellent Hotel
Perfect place to stay. Excellent staff extremely clean, rooms are very clean very nice bedding. Very convenient for highway access. Would definitely be my first choice when traveling back to the area. Minutes to downtown

Good place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, modern. Breakfast was good, hotel was quiet. Everything was in working order. Plenty of outlets for devices (we had a family of four in the room). Safe parking, good restaurants nearby.
