Alex was the best at changing my reservation, as my date had somehow was wrong. Super friendly him and the dark haired girl with glasses.love this place.we will be staying here when we come back!! Super clean as expected!

DO NOT OVERSPEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL

1. Very expensive comparatively. 2. Road noise crazy - make sure you do not get a room on the street. 3. Stationary glass in shower does not go all the way to the tile so guess what - water on the floor - really? 4. TV had to be turned on by a teeny button and then would lock up. 5. Bring your own coffee pods. Theirs are undrinkable.

Very nice hotel in a great location

This is a fairly new hotel within walking distance of Courthouse Square. Very clean. Some rooms have a balcony. Our room was on the side facing a busy street but when the door to the balcony was closed you could not hear the traffic. Service was terrific. They have some pet friendly rooms. There is a restaurant at the hotel but we did not eat there since the outdoor section of the restaurant is not dog friendly. We travel with a small dog who stays in a stroller but they would not let us eat on the patio. Said it was a city or county rule. We did find other places to eat that were dog friendly.

This is the nicest Hilton Garden we have ever stayed. The entire property is modern, very clean and the employees are great. Our room was great, very clean and we had two beds and the bathroom had a tub. My wife has a bad back and this comes in very handy. The bar is very nice with happy hour in the afternoon. The restaurant is again very clean and modern, there is also outside seating. We had the Railway breakfast and it was one of the best we ever had. The waitress Karen was great. We are diamond members and received $10.00 per person, up to two, staying in the room. This can be used for basically anything at the hotel. When we travel to Prescott again we will never stay at a hotel other than this HGI. Easy walk to many restaurants and Whiskey Row.

Just a disastrous experience. Why would a hotel in Prescott have a office workspace almost 14ft long in a hotel room. (one desk style chair to use mind you for this enormous area). No lounge chair or sofa in the room, had to ask for one and ONLY chair was finally supplied. No table... Otherwise I guess the idea would be to watch TV sitting on a luggage bench. Coffee maker did not work so I went downstairs to get coffee in the lobby. Was told I needed to buy the coffee, explained our machine did not work...desk clerk would "only allow 1 cup", only one bedside table so everything thing on that side of the bed went on the dirty carpet. Breakfast not included and has since been updated on trip Advisor. We were told we must UPGRADE our stay to receive breakfast. We were never offered that option. We are Hilton Honors, not sure I would ever stay there again.
