Horrible And Dirty
Avaliou em 13 de Outubro de 2018
My one year olds feet were filthy after 5 min in the room. The ac filters were clogged with dirt. Was told I could move to another room, doubt it would be cleaner. Rude late night front desk after our complaint.

We checked in around midnight after travelling 6 hours from the west gate of Yellowstone. Our room was 105. My wife noticed a dark unidentified substance on the floor by both beds and trash in the bathroom trash can. When i went to the bathroom I noticed the shower was not clean. My wife and I were not comfortable getting in the bed, so we slept on top of the bedding. in the morning we found a peach pit in the front corner covered in Ants. that did it We were out of there.
Basic and good value

For the price this was clean, good size room and comfortable. Compared to paying more than double for smaller and way less comfortable room in Jackson I was surprised at the quality of little suites. I would stay here again.
Great Place to Stay - Clean/Nice/Roomy/Fairly Priced

This was one of the facilities we stayed at that left you with the feeling "why can't we find/stay at a place like this for our entire trip/vacation?".
The room was very clean, roomy (i.e. had kitchenette/dining area/TV-relax area with couch and large bedroom/bath all separated) and was fairly priced. The front desk staff was very professional, caring and sincere in their approach at all times...i.e. they were patience with all my questions/concerns at check-in and I never felt rushed to complete the process.
The motel is located near a busy part of town and there was road construction going on when we were there (mid June 2017) but don't let that throw you off or hinder you from staying there. The motel seems to cater primarily to people that are possibly working in the area for extended amounts of time but that doesn't take away from guest like me and my wife that were passing through on vacation...we still got "top-notch" service.
I would recommend this motel to my friends and relatives without hesitation and would try to stay at it again if/when I'm in that area on business/vacation.
They were life-savers when we were in a real bind!

The woman who was working the night shift on August 5th has a heart of gold. I had made reservations online while traveling with a friend (driving), and my husband, just out of the hospital, with his head in a halo, and his arm and leg in splints. Something went wrong with our Booking.com reservation, and they changed the date without a notification to us to the next available dates, instead of some kind of notice that the date we wanted was not available. The desk clerk spent some time (since she had no vacancies) calling around to find somewhere else for us, and gave me a list of numbers to call. When neither of us had any luck, and one place said I'd probably have to drive to Fillmore, 1 1/2 hours away, to find available lodging, she said she had just one room, that was really for the manager's friends, or for emergencies. We were truly an emergency, as my husband was in such pain from our long drive, that he couldn't take any more. The three of us made do with the bed and the couch, and were so very, very grateful! The place itself looked charming. No elevator, but luckily, the hospital taught him how to do stairs, right before he was discharged. The internet had said it had breakfast included, which is no longer true. And it may have said there was a pool, too, which I guess there wasn't, but none of that mattered to us. I can never than them enough for taking pity on us when we needed help so desperately. I wish I'd gotten her name, because she was kindness personified.
